    El restaurante fue una experiencia única. El chef nos hizo parte de la cena en todo momento, se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos cada platillo y el servicio fue muy atento. ¡La comida fue fenomenal!

    Una excelente opción para degustar sushi auténtico japonés. Aquí no hay ingredientes raros tipo fusión, ni limón en la soya. Tienen una buena variedad de sakes y el servicio es impecable. El lugar es pequeño y todos los comensales han de sentarse en la barra. Los precios son un poco elevados pero lo vale.

    This place is (always) all about perfection. Fresh ingredients. Great service. The flavors escalate in every serving. They are always preparing you to connect with the next dish and the presentations are beautiful. That’s why is all about perfection. Place, service, presentation and flavors. No mistakes here. It’s my favorite Japanese in Guadalajara and I can assure you that is one of the best in the world. I lived for a few years in Asia so I learn a thing or two.

    One of the best Omakase experiences available in the city of Guadalajara. In the Andares shopping center, Juniko is the most authentic Japanese sushi experience. For true sushi / sashimi lovers. The chef's selection is simply outstanding, the quality of the ingredients is superb. We had the opportunity to talk with the Japanese head chef while he explained each of the dishes to us in detail. Expensive, but worth every penny.

    Observaciones: El postre de la bola de helado lo debería de retirar. Tiene mucho mejor sabor el postre de Matcha. El sonido de la música la considero un poco alta. En todo lo demás, excelente.
