   I’ve never seen more pleasant waitstaff as what we experienced at Justine’s. Our waitress was so pleasant, she seemed to be having a great time waiting on us, and she was very helpful with our meal and wine selections. Another young lady brought vases and water for the flowers my daughter gave me for Mother’s Day, and all our food came out at the same time! The experience was all wonderful! Way to go Justine’s!!!

   The hostess was extremely rude and they seemed to have lost our reservation/ forgotten about us. We’ve been here many times over the past 10 years and never run into staff being rude before :(

   This is my first poor review on Open Table. I booked reservations to celebrate my fiancés birthday. She’s celebrated her birthday here for several years and until tonight, this was her favorite. However, this will be our last. We’ve never worked with a restaurant that is so unwilling to accommodate even a small request; regardless of the circumstances. We didn’t ask for anything unusual. At every step, it was like our mere presence was an inconvenience. Service was poor. Most of the staff were rude. And the food was “OK” at best. Certainly not worth putting up with everything else. And to add insult to injury, they added a 30% gratuity to the check. They should have paid us for the harassment. Needless to say, we will no longer eat here or celebrate any special occasion.

   Loved Justines for a nice dinner out with friends. We ordered the cheese plate, bolognese, and French Onion soup...all were delish! Would recommend to anyone looking for a date night in Austin!

   From the moment we walked into Justine's, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance. The restaurant's French-inspired decor and dim lighting created a romantic and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a date night or a special occasion. As for the food, we were blown away by the quality and flavors of every dish we ordered. The steak frites were cooked to perfection, with tender and juicy meat and crispy fries that were seasoned just right. The bolognaise was equally impressive, with a rich tomato sauce and perfectly al dente pasta. But what really stole the show were the Espresso Martinis - the best we've ever had! The balance of espresso and alcohol was spot on, and the drink had a smooth and velvety texture that made it dangerously easy to drink. Overall, Justine's is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the food and drinks were exceptional. We can't wait to come back and try more dishes on the menu!

   Overall, a great experience. Loved the special Valentine’s Day menu. The octopus was delicious. The drinks, although extremely unique, we’re fantastic. Really cool atmosphere. Our server was awesome!

    This was an absolute surprise! We read about Justine’s, and rolled the dice that it was what they said it was. It was AMAZING! The atmosphere was super cool, unlike anything I’d been to before, the drinks and food were perfect, as was the service! If you are in Austin and looking for something truly unique, you have to give this place a try. You’ll be back.

    Made a reservation for 6 of my girlfriends on my birthday. Service was really the only disappointment this time. Staff seated us 30 minutes after our reservation time of 8:30. Food was a bit slow, so it was after 11pm until we could leave. Waitress was wonderful; but, was a little odd when she brought out one candle to sing happy birthday LOL. So, no comped dessert for a birthday dinner. Food was excellent as usual!

    Very noisy! Slow and lackadaisical service. BUT great food for sure. Do not bring older family members -- too slow and too hard to hear. Best for younger folks on friend outings.

    The food and ambiance was great. The service was short handed, we almost felt like we were being ignored for most of our meal. The indoor seating has live music which is great and makes the meals worth its value, but sitting outdoors doesn’t really have the same feeling and is not worth the price of the meal.

    Food was terrific, and we enjoyed the evening. However, I wouldn't come here for a quiet romantic dinner. Music was pumped up and everyone had to raise their voices to have a conversation. Given the decor and elegant French food, I think management would have been better to put on low level, sultry French jazz from the 1920s, and made this more of a place for your special someone.

    The waitress was great. The chef (per the waitress) “refused to accommodate a simple request.” The waitress said she was embarrassed. I don’t blame her. I assume this being close to Halloween the chef was both dressing up and acting like a clown.

    Loved the vibe as soon as we came in! Came for my birthday and it was def the perfect spot for either a big or intimate birthday dinner. I had the steak frites and that peppercorn sauce is to die for!! As like most all ATX restaurants, drinks are expensive but never do I feel it’s worth it, but HERE, omg the drinks were deliciously & def got me tipsy which is not always the case! Would def recommend for any occasion or business meeting
