They ran out of hummus, for a group of ten on a quiet day it’s unacceptable. Maybe if we decide to come back they have will have made more. Food was alright but coming from the Middle East my self I’ve tasted better.
The overall atmosphere of Kabsa House is serene yet very chic for a date night spot and delicious food. Although the restaurant is rather small, the layout makes it feel spacious with beautiful views of Robson Street lit up at night and ambience lighting. The food was especially delicious and there was a wide variety of options for those with food intolerances/preferences. The price is a little steep but fairly priced for everyday dining but makes for a good spot for date nights and special occasions. Would definitely go again and recommend for flavourful and spiced Middle Eastern/Arab food.
Food was dry, tasteless, and overcooked. Friendly service was marred by large TVs showing football games and commercials.
Great food and reasonable prices. I had the chicken kabsa with bukhari rice, it was the best rice I've ever had. Service was awesome, our server Juan was very attentive.
Lamb kebab was too lamby...not a fresh taste. Too bad there was no beef only kebab.
Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Food overall is at a priceier side. May not go back
Can’t give 5 stars because canned black mission olives used instead of kalamata olives in Greek salad, bland tomatoes used. Drink incorrectly made. Chicken, rice excellent. Calamari good. Nice staff.
Terrible and extremely dirty. Food was not fresh. Used old oil that smelled.
Even though the restaurant was not busy and they had 3 waiters and a guy at the bar, I waited a long time to be seated. I ordered a glass of wine and waited 15 minutes to get it. I was not finished with my appetizer and the main course came. The food is mediocre at very best. The menu very limited. The staff is not trained. All in all a pretty disappointing dining experience.
Nice restaurant. First time trying and will try again in future
