Nestled in the greenery of Hakone, the building features a half-timber style exterior inspired by medieval European architecture and an elegant art-deco interior. The Prince studied in glamorous France at the end of the 19th Century, and his elegant tastes are reflected in the good old European styles that are visible throughout the property.     外国人の味覚を持ち合わせ日本に初心者観光客として当該店を訪れるぶんには問題ない。そこそこ日本を味わえる。しかしながらこれが日本料理と思われると少しばかり気持ちが暗くなります。本当に美味しいものと洗練されたサービスを知っている方や昔の宿やとしての強羅花壇のイメージで当該店を選んだ方からは次は選ばれないでしょう。味もサービスも完全に外国人観光客をターゲットととした店です。サービスホールスタッフもアジア系外国人が多くノンアルコールビールも区別がついていません。車も大げさに預かってくださるものの帰りには駐車場所も車種も把握せず違う車に案内。寒空に宿泊者の車の中から探しましたよ。担当のスタッフとともに。強羅にセカンドハウスを持って初日の夕食。この店のおかげで熱海にセカンドハウスを買い替えました笑笑

    強羅花壇に宿泊したのですが、どうしてもレストランを利用したくて昼食をいただきました。料理は手のかかったもので味も良く、お店の雰囲気も大変良く大満足でした。関西からは距離がありますが、機会があればぜひまた行きたいお店です。

    Quick kayseki lunch after a gora park visit. The lunch was average at best but with nice dinnerware, service, and desert. The main dish was fish, in our case a dried out sockeye salmon type and flavorless. Pickles and sides on par with other local venues we tried. Ambiance was excellent but likely won't return for the food.. With more than 5 visits to Hakone over the years, dining scene is certainly not what it was 10 years ago.

    Very delicious and very nice place with history!! The kid's meal was also good. One staff came from Taiwan and she served well. However, we had problem in using credit card at the end because the card machine was malfunctioning. It is still a wonderful experience in the restaurant. I would like to visit the restaurant again and also stay in the hotel in the future.

    強羅花壇の宿泊予約がとれず、「花壇」の食事のみ利用しました。わざわざ訪れた甲斐がありました。心配りが行き届いていて、とても快適に楽しめました。

    The dishes (Fish menu) were authentic Kaiseki and it the taste was very good and umami. Especially the soft Tofu was good and the fresh Tuna. Decorations very creative with leaves and flowers. Although it was overpriced. One should order either the cheapest or the most expensive Menu. All menus in between are only slightly different from the cheapest and therefore Not worth the price.

    落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくりと食事を楽しめるので立ち寄って良かったです。 次回は隣の強羅花壇に泊まってみたいと思いました。 強いて言うなら、強羅花壇の喫茶店の横から外に出られるところの窓に蜘蛛の巣が張っていたのが残念です。

    料理は大変美味しく、雰囲気も大変良かったです。 ただ、以前(10年前位)も気になった窓際の清掃が良くない。ほこりが残っている。 今回の残念は、最後の会計で嫌な思いをしました。故意的に感じました。 有名で注目のお店が残念です。料理は大変美味しいのに残念です。 清掃が未だに行き届いてない事と会計は同じかな。厳しい意見で申し訳ないですが今後に期待してます。

    雰囲気、サービス共に良く、気持ちよく食事をする事が出来ました。 一方、食事の内容は少し物足りないと感じました。 何度か宿泊した時に出てきた食事のレベルを期待していましたが、繊細さ、素材、味付、器、接客、いずれをとっても比較できるものではなく、期待はずれでした。（そもそも金額が全く違うので、それを求めてはいけなかったのかもしれませんが） 次回、機会があれば、金額の高いコースにして違いを確認したいと思います。

    昭和初期に建てられた、旧宮家の建物だけあって趣があり、室内はとても静かで、会話が進みました。お料理は本格懐石料理で価格に見合う味で美味しく頂けました。サービスも若いスタッフさんが一生懸命対応している姿に好感がもてました。トイレは2階で少しと遠く感じましたが、個室はウォシュレットできれいに清掃されていました。駐車場もホテルの駐車場だけあって広いスペースで気兼ねなく駐車することが出来ました。また是非利用したいと思います。

    料理が残念でしたね。懐石料理ですから仕方ないのかもしれませんが、連れは「精進料理？」といった回答でした。後お酒は高いです。いいものをそろえているのでしょうが、もう少しリーズナブルなものがあってもいいのでゃないでしょうか？お店は旧館のお屋敷跡を使っていますが、この時期だからか少し古い家のにおいがしました。あと山の中なので虫がところどころに飛んでいたり、壁を貼っていました。女性のお誕生日で東京から行っただけに非常に残念な結果となりました

    高級旅館が経営しているので楽しみに行きましたが、料理の内容は目新しいものはなく、器に高級感があるわけでもなく・・・正直がっかりしました。旧宮家の建物を利用している点だけは雰囲気が良かったです。価格に比べて料理の内容が見合っていないように思います。お手洗いで順番を待っていると店のスタッフがトイレから出てきましたが、なんと手洗いもせずに出ていきました。また、食事中に大きなハエがコップのふちに留まるというハプニングもあり、衛生的に気持ちがよくなかったです。

    平日のお昼に利用しました。 普段高級なお店は利用しないので、緊張しましたが、敷居の高さを感じさせない気さくな笑顔の対応とサービスで、とてもリラックス出来ました。 観光地ならではの喧騒を離れて、落ち着いた空間で食事を楽しみたい方にはオススメです。

    結婚記念日のランチでお邪魔しました。記念日ということを申告していたので、キッチンより金箔の乗った一口お赤飯をいただきました。 歴史を感じる洋館でゆったりした食事が楽しめました。 次回は紅葉を見に伺いたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

    子供家族と箱根旅行の時の夕食に利用。食事は一番安い百合にもかかわらず十分楽しむことが出来ました。建物、部屋は雰囲気あり、窓の外も見える部屋だったので食事の前にはその景色も楽しめました。サーブは日本語を話せる外人でしたが一生懸命働いていることが判かり、お願いしたこともきっちと対応頂き好印象でした。

    家族の記念日に利用しました。 ここのレビューに混雑すると給仕のタイミングや対応などがよくない、とあったので心配していましたが、自分たちの他には２組ほどしかおらず雰囲気は良かったです。 (ゴールデンウィークのランチタイムにとても空いていたので逆にあれ？とは思いましたが) 七千円のコースにしましたが、味については文句を言うほどでも、感動するほどでもない、といった感想でした。 「まぁ、おいしかったね。」という感じです。 わざわざ遠方からここのランチを食べに、というレベルではなかったかなと思います。 担当してくれた2人のスタッフが2人とも研修生でした。時期柄そういったこともあるでしょうしそれ自体は問題ないのですが、2人とも外国籍の方で、料理の説明も外国なまりでなかなか聞き取れませんでした。外国人旅行客対応のためにも必要な人材かとは思いますが残念でした。 それ以外にも皿を下げるタイミングや接客時の表情なども気になりました。 せめて1人は一般スタッフつけてほしかったです。

    あこがれの強羅花壇とは経営が別なのだろうか？ 建物や雰囲気に完全に負けている料理。 食材は新鮮と言えないし、とても作り立てとは思えない。 味のメリハリも、これといった目玉料理もない。 デザートのゼリーよせのいちごは傷んでいました。 期待していただけにがっかりです。 楽しい箱根旅行の締めくくりを台無しにされた気分です。

    少々難しいアレルギーを持っていたのですが、こちらのリクエスト以上に完璧に対応していただき、そのうえ大変お味も良く、リラックスして食事を楽しむことができました。アレルギー発症して以降外食は緊張していたので本当に嬉しかったです。 お料理はもちろん、給仕の方、送迎の方、みなさんとても気持ちよくきめ細やかにご対応してくださり、大切にしていただいてる、という感覚を抱くことができる稀有なお店です。 いつも気持ちよく過ごさせていただいております。 どなたにもおすすめできるお店だと思います。

    雨の中、予約時間に間に合わせようと、強羅駅からタクシーに乗って急いでお店に向かった。 タクシーを降りると、男性に、席に案内されるまでの間こちらでお待ち下さいと、寒い椅子に座らされた。 かなり待たされた。 人の非常に混んでいた様子が伺えた。 やっと案内され席に着くと、おしぼりもだされず、メニューですと言って渡されたのは食事のみのメニュー。 これにしようかと決めたが、長い時間、オーダーを聞きに来なかった。 寒い席で長い時間待たされ続けたので、もう帰ろうかと思った。 先程の男性が現れないので、近くに来て、退出しようとする女性に、おしぼりと飲み物メニューはあるのかとたずねたら、ありますと平然と言うだけ。 25,000円の懐石は要予約と書いてあるので、20,000円の懐石を注文したら、要予約ですと言われた。 要予約とは書いていないですが、と聞いても、要予約ですと言うだけで、愛想も笑顔も無い女性。 運ばれてきた料理の説明も、説明すると言うより、暗記した内容を読み上げる感じで、小さな声で殆ど聞こえなかった。 10,000円の懐石を二人、飲み物少々で計27,000円くらい。 食事の内容は極普通で期待倒れ。 接客係の対応が、最悪だった。

    事前に予約して食事しました。歴史ある建物・お部屋はすばらしく、食事は器、盛りつけなど素敵なものでした。御料理ももちろんおいしく頂きました。9品コースでしたが、お腹いっぱいになりました。サービスも良かったと思います。当日は強い風は吹いていなかったせいか、心配したすきま風はありませんでした。しかし、歴史的な建物であり、お部屋の密閉性は今日の建築と比べるべくもないことと、私たちが食事したお部屋は暖房設備は天井の隅に1か所だったかと思うので、女性の方は少し厚着した方が良いかも知れません（男の私は寒くはありませんでした）。口コミ情報で否定的な御意見も散見していたので少し心配でしたが、私の印象は全体的にとても良かったと思います。機会があれば是非また利用したいと思いました。

    料理の味と盛り付けは大満足、器のセンスに感激! 箱根のランチは何となくフレンチでしたが、これからは本格日本料理を目的に出かけます。残念なのは、日帰りドライブでお酒が飲めないことかな。

    環境、建物、風景全ていい。お風呂も、設備、お湯の温度とも良かった。食事は「中の上」の評価。もう少しレベルがあがれば、もっと食通も通う温泉宿になると思った。東京や京都で最高級の懐石や創作和食を食べる人は、きっと物足りなく感じる。建物の天井は高く中も広々しているので、外人客をつれていく場所としては勧められる。

    箱根に行く度に、ちょっとした贅沢と思い、何度か利用しています。お店の雰囲気もお料理も申し分ありません。でも今回はちょっと残念でした。入口で男性の方がお部屋に案内してくださり、荷物を部屋の中の棚に置いて下さいとのことだったので、置かせて頂いて待っていると、女性の給仕の方が来られて「そこの棚に荷物を置いてもらったら困ります！」と。すぐに移動しようとすると「もう（移動しなくて）結構です！」と冷たい感じで言われました。移動しなくていいなら、はじめから言うなよという感じで、ただ客に文句が言いたかっただけなのでしょうか。目が点になりました。せっかく楽しみにして来たのに、本当に台無しです。強羅花壇という名前に期待していただけに落胆が大きいです。人×人の仕事ですし、不特定多数の方を相手にされていて大変だとは思いますが、特別な時間を楽しもうとしている客の気持ちを、もう少し考えて接客してほしいと思います。
