   Food was expensive for the amount of food you had, service was funny but due to restaurant being quiet, I didn't feel there was alot of banter, waitress who served us was good but wouldn't return as found it expensive for what we had, but was a good experience.

   service was spot on just what i expected, food was a little overpriced but taste nice and tbh we could of done with abit more abuse it was very quite in there and i think staff struggled with interaction from alot of the guests not waiting to join in, if ur not willing to sing,dance,crawl round making animal noises and have a general laugh and banter with the staff then dont go

   We had a brilliant night. I’ve always wanted to go to a Karen’s and they did not disappoint us. We were entertained all night long. Whatever these guys are paid is not enough I’m sure. Food was really tasty, hot and came out fast. The entertainment was fantastic, high energy, funny and thoroughly insulting so what more can you ask for from Karen’s.

   The experience was fine and my daughter, and her friend, loved the wheel and the games. Service was quick and good. The issue I have is the food. It’s good enough, but not for the prices charged. It’s a basket meal and the experience doesn’t make up enough for the extra cost. In my head I was going to an American diner, so I was expecting big plate portions. The staff were great, but the food portions were too small

   Booking a table here we were excited for some banter and abuse but the level of swearing from the staff when we had children aged 8 & 10 wasn’t needed in front of the kids, abuse and attitude we wanted and for every other word to be the F word just wasn’t even funny. Never been told I have to spend a minimum amount of £15 per person to go there in a restaurant to go there but that’s part of the Karen diner rules x Had the food and it wasn’t nothing special at all. Kids didn’t eat much of theirs but on a positive note, they loved the milkshakes! We’ve experienced Karen’s diner and would’ve preferred the abuse/attitude with less of the F word

    Fab entertainment... poor service 😄.. food is alright although a bit overpriced. However it's a wicked experience and i would highly reccomend for hen party's, birthdays or special occasions.

    The experience you get here , will not get it even in star hotels. Absolutely lovely staff. Its a difficult job to keep somany people entertained and the staff over here did it flawlessly. Pure entertainment.

    Had a great time @ Karens. Staff's faces like slapped arses the whole time. As a vegan got a true ribbing - with a humiliation ceremony and made to duet with another vegan. Had the vegan schnitzel burger, which was really good. The only issue was getting dragged away from the table for said activities when food had just arrived. Which I suppose is a sign of horrendous service so what more could I expect? Went with 10 yo niece who was terrified but loved it. Don't take kids if you want to shield them from extremely bad language and gestures, otherwise, come on down, huns!!

    The food there was very nice and me and my girlfriend were laughing the whole way through. However we think the insults were a tad stale. It was mainly telling people to f off and calling us D*ckheads. I would definitely recommend if you find that sort of thing funny

    Our experience started really well with some really witty insults from the young man with dark hair. Attitudes were as we expected and really funny. I just felt that the F word was being used too often. Yes I did expect it and on occasion it works but not every sentence needs it. You can give terrible service, witty insults and be downright rude without F’ing every other word. That spoilt it for me and I am not a prude! The games they played were funny and it was a laugh but I wouldn’t go back The food was as you would expect from a diner We were not asked if we wanted desserts, more drinks etc which was a shame. They took ignoring us to a new level and actually lost money! For a Saturday night it was extremely quiet

    It was actually hilarious! The staff are AMAZING!! I bet they love speaking to customers like that, I know I would if I were a waiter/waitress 😂😂. It was so funny & we really enjoyed our evening! Will most definitely be back with another group 😂👌🏽

    I was nervous to be honest going but I will def go again. It was my daughter's birthday and the whole family had such a laugh , absolutely brilliant , must be fabulous getting paid to say things Wich goes through everyone's head but can't say it outloud haha

    We enjoyed our experience, the food was lovely but it has been ruined and we would never return as the restaurant have charged our card since we left the restaurant for a round of drinks they say weren’t added to our bill. They said another table disputed their bill and said the drinks were ours so the server must have added it to the wrong bill. We have checked our bill and believe our drinks were paid for. However I am shocked that they can do this. They have used the card we reserved the table with so please be aware of this when booking as this is completely out of my control.

    The service was well conducted for the manner in which is was meant to be. Staff very attentive & played their roles very well. The food was appalling, very, tasteless, cheaply used ingredients. Condiments available ie. sauce - tasteless & cheap products. Food was very disappointing for quite high prices.

Our ingredients are not cheap, our beef burgers are Wagyu beef and we use the best ingredients!! Maybe your standards are just too high.... Seriously though, don't come back....

    Overall it wasn’t as good as seen online no one was really being that rude except for when you actually came in. My daughter was really disappointed as it was her birthday and we went with friends. The food wasn’t the greatest either. Wouldn’t really rate this place unfortunately wasn’t a great experience.     Totally went for the experience and they did not let us down, really good fun staff acted just as it says on the tin, really good laugh. I wouldn’t take young children as there is a lot of swearing as you would expect.
