    Gorgeous setting! Service was terrible! My husband and I ordered steak & eggs medium rare and came out medium (with absolutely 0 red) never was checked in on to send back. Toast fell on the ground on by the server and then waited 15 (yes for toast) only for it to be cold. We were a table of 8 and there was only 1 other table of guests the entire 2 hours???????

    Vanessa’s hospitality was A1. Had to call in to book for 10, Vanessa hooked it up easily. Ambiance was amazing, not too crowded on a Tuesday which is nice.

    This is a wonderful place with excellent service. The food is good, although the pricing could be more reasonable. I highly recommend this place for a romantic date. However, I'd like to note that while we visited for brunch, I wouldn't specifically recommend it for that meal.

    My friend and I had a wonderful dinner at Karma Lounge - the ambience was lively (a bit loud, but the DJ was great) and the food was very good. Our serve Liola (please excuse me if I got that wrong!) was very helpful and gracious, and her food recommendations were excellent.

    It was pretty quiet when we visited, so there was a lot of space to sit. The service came off a bit cold, and the food wasn't the most tasteful or pleasing to the eye.

    An amazing place to chill and hang out with colleagues after work. The service was excellent. It is by far the best lounge in Downtown Vancouver.

    Nice ambience but that's about it. The food wasn't exceptional and the prices...you can find better quality food for those prices. The waitresses- not the friendliest and not the brightest!

    Went there with a group for a Mother’s Day brunch. It was a bit odd that the restaurant part was closed, so people were having brunch in the lounge - not that comfortable for dining; more for drinks and appies. Service was slow, but not excruciatingly so. Food was generally good and reasonably priced for a high-end hotel restaurant. Wouldn’t go back to dine, but perhaps would for drinks.

    Karma Lounge is a great spot to eat, hang out and enjoy the fun atmosphere. DJ did a great job of keeping the lounge energized and fun and the food was delicious!

    The restaurant was pretty much empty, no body greeted us.. we had to walk to a server to get assistance and our server was a bit too full of her self and not very greeting, kinda looked like she was annoyed to serve us. By the end of our meal we were waiting so long for her to ask for our bills, when we looked around to spot her she was seating at a table with some "guest's" and never cared to look around to see if we needing something. After a couple of minutes I stood up and went to the nearest server and asked for our bill, this girl was super nice and brought our bill right away. Once leaving, our first server was still talking to those "guest's" and didnt even care to look at us when passing by her. I am surprised by this attitude as first, we are staying at the Hotel and everyone has been amazing and second... its feels incredibly uncomfortable to be treated like that specially when you are visiting from out of town and excited for the day ahead. The food was good, but based on that one server.. I question if I would be back or not.

    My partner and I had a lovely stay, thanks to Saksham Saini amazing service throughout the booking and accommodating to our needs during our stay. There was a miscommunication with a reservation for the lounge and Saksham very promptly addressed it with the lounge's manager Vanessa, who made sure we had a table and great time, so we would also like to recognize Vanessa's amazing client service. Our server (unfortunately I don't recall the name) was also amazing. Over all we had a lovely time, thank you Paradox team, you have surpassed our expectations! Best Regards, Nara and Matheus

    came for my bday:) server was nice but service was overall slow:( we messaged via opentable to see if we could bring a cake and was quoted at $30 which is fine! when we got there they told us it was $7 per slice but then $4 per slice (?). at the end they honoured it. the cake then took ~ 30min to be brought out and served. the food was okay but cold- and they forgot truffle fries for one of the orders- which was okay i guess because they brought it after it was a bit weird they didnt cut and serve the entire cake considering it was small and we were a party of 9. at the end, they asked us if we wanted the rest of if and then dropped it when they brought it....:( a memorable experience indeed.

    Awesome vibe all around. Food options were amazing with lots of seafood options, especially paired with the delicious drink like Champagne, Cocktails and Scotch. DJ was spinning some solid tunes to get you into the celebratory mood. Highly recommend checking this place out if your looking to jump start your evening!

    Stunning space, upscale ambiance and current festive decor. (Including Fleur De Ville NOEL arrangements.) I recommend trying a variety of share plates. Flavorsome offerings which will delight your taste buds!

    Experience was pretty good all together, but was were there for a birthday, which wasn’t even acknowledged, or even seemed to be cared about when I had strictly put that into the reservation. Also found it weird that the bathrooms had no hand soap anywhere to be found, and a shower curtain instead of a door for the toilet. For a high-end establishment, I found those things very very disturbing and there wasn’t even a hand sanitizer available in your bathroom as well
