Each dish of Food was varied and as well as delicious appealing to the eye. Service was attentive with comments and clarifications for the food. Very helpful. Strongly recommend this restaurant.

Slightly modern take on indian classics but very well done. Outstanding service (by the owner). You have to try the dessert! We will go back.

Delicious food and different than the usual. Beautiful presentation. Unfortunately they were out of lamb which made two dishes unavailable. We ate well and brought some leftovers home to enjoy the next day. Good service and ambience.

It is a good place for a casual dinner but nothing fancy. However, I believe that there are other restaurants at a better value. The service needs to be improved as we were waiting awhile to be served and we also had to remind the server our order as she forgot to out it through. The server didn't seem very experienced therefore they should have has someone else on the floor as well. Overall, we didn't have a great experience however, the food was pretty good.

The food was fantastic! Our sever was very helpful, she made great suggestions of what to eat. She was attentive without being overbearing. Overall the dining experience was wonderful, we will be going back!

The food tasted very bad. Was very disappointed. The server was nice but because of the food tasting horrible, it was a bad experience. And so overpriced.

Vivian’s -as advertised - is not your usual Indian food restaurant, although it is Indian food. Beautifully presented and everything we had was completely yummy. There was “more than one” vegan option and we were very happy with our choices. Staff were knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely go back.

It was a fine restaurant, loved the open concept. Food was tasty, portion sizes were okay. No oysters as they were “off” that night.

I thought the food was exceptional. The options, flavor and overall taste were absolutely perfect. Good wine selection. Downfall was the service… it was quite bad. Also, give yourself plenty of time as the dinner took awhile mostly because of the service.

Very pleasant experience! Food was very good, albeit too salty. This is not the first time, I have found the food too salty. Also, the restaurant did not have the wine we wanted. A substitute (more expensive) was offered at the same price as our original request.

It would help if the food was brought together ! Naans seemed like grocery store naans that were just heater up. The curries arrived 20 mins after the naans arrived. Biriyani was too salty and overly spiced.

Room temperature was uncomfortable - very cold. Asked the server to turn off the air. Not confident that he turned it down. Also, the server was not very good at recommending dishes. This is in stark contrast to other servers I have had.

Food was fantastic! And, the service was great. I asked for some suggestions and the server was very helpful. The restaurant is nice inside. The only thing was that it was so empty, it felt a bit strange - we were the only ones in the restaurant. But, still a great meal and I have recommended it to many.

The food was good, but for meals that are often served family style I wish the two person tables were slightly larger (minor complaint). Had the pani puri and I thought it was unique. Butter chicken was good, as was the dal makhani. There was a large table beside use with many children who were allowing the children to play with the wall decorations- unfortunate as it clearly isn't the setting for that. Would definitely come back still.

The online reviews were good and our normal go-to was booked up so we went for a birthday. For the price I was expecting a lot more and a finer dining experience but it was just So-So. Off the top the waitress advised that the chef was not in so 1/2 dozen of the items we asked about where not available. The food was HOT, from the appetizer to the main courses. The base flavor of the sauces were good but so highly laced with chilies it wasn't possible to taste the chicken for example. My wife and daughter-in-law could not each much because they both felt their lips were burning. Everything was a la carte and with Butter Chicken at 30$ a plate it was really a rip off. For 5 of us it was 295$ and we had no alcohol or dessert. I only gave 10% because first off - it was one of the options provided. Surprised I chose that option because this was not worth a 45$ tip.

The atmosphere is lovely and the food was good. The service was very, very slow and they provided no help with the menu. It took forever for someone to come and offer us drinks and they never asked if we’d like another drink after that. For 1 app, 2 mains and rice it took nearly 3 hours. We still had a great time but it’s not somewhere to go in a rush! They seemed to be having an off night for the service, maybe.

The food is fabulous and the server was great but we didn’t get the kitchen was very delayed in getting us the food. We made reservations way in advance so they should have known we are a big group. We asked for the food to arrive at once but it was just horrible in that some people waited forever to get their appetizers or didn’t get the rice until the very end which didn’t make sense.
