Great for any occasion. Waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great views of the bay and Boulevard Park walk. Food was good as menu changes occasionally. Relatively fast service.

Very busy day so we understand that food would take awhile but it was VERY slow! Food was okay, but not stellar. Rosemary lemonade was great. And the server did an exceptional job!

Keenan's is our go to place for lunch when we want a beautiful view of the water. Ask the front desk for Koi food and feed the Koi on your way out. A fun experience and wonderful ambience.

We’ve been to Keenan’s several times. This was, by far, our worst experience. We went for a family Sunday brunch, the waitress didn’t know the menu. She didn’t know what the muffins were that day. She didn’t know how much adding bacon to the eggs was (even though she asked if we wanted to add it). Then, the food was so slow coming out, I think she forgot us. We were there 70 mins before the food was brought out….thats a bit outrageous. One of us asked for hot sauce for the eggs…..it was forgotten until we asked again. The water refills were without ice….warm. The drinks….it was like Vegas strip prices. $13 for mimosas and bloody Mary’s. That’s ridiculous. Overall, EXTREMELY disappointing……so many choices in Bellingham, many that work hard for their customers, I don’t recommend this one

Good variety of menu selections, all well done. Atmosphere was great with the bay view and quite comfortable. Excellent service. Definitely in the top rank for fine dining in Bellingham.

My wife and I had a wonderful fish dinner with great service and a fabulous view. Our waiter was very helpful, and the service was outstanding. I was my wife's 75 birthday and Keenans knocked it out of the park.
