    Our server (and I couldn't hear her name understandably because of the Jays' fans noise levels) was a star! She showed us genuine care and service. The food we had was mostly well-received. I'd just ask that they keep an eye on their glasses and make sure to remove the chipped ones for the safety of their customers.

    We have eaten at Kellys Landing many times but last night the Fried chicken sandwich we both had was inedible. The Server did remove it off the bill without hesitation but the quality control in the kitchen needs to be looked, it spoiled what was otherwise a good evening.

    Food was great! The service was very friendly but it took a long time for them to come take our order; and they never bussed our empty glasses when they brought new drinks. Overall though a pretty nice place, good food, and a great location near Union Station.

    Really poor service, waited 1/2 hour for drinks and then after dinner had to search for waitress to get bill. Might be a one off as we were there the week before and service was good. Seems they were not able to handle the crowds that were there.

    We had dinner at Kelly's. The service from the waiter was quick and efficient. His recommendations were excellent. The food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely go back again!

    We made a reservation and we were taken to our table right on time. We were greeted at our table by the most lovely server who was outstanding and helpful. Our food was great except the Landing Salad seemed old and could have been fresher. All 4 of our party were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. We will return. Thank you.

    New to Toronto so this restaurant was a shot in the dark and to our surprise the Seafood Pasta was delicious (I just wish it had a pinch of salt & pepper for my taste). At the end had a bit to take with me and the meal warmed up as if it was freshly cooked. Kelly’s goes on my return and/or recommended restaurants list.

    I understand when a restaurant is busy and the kitchen and servers get backed up. Took forever to get a drink. 45 minutes to get our main courses and 2 of the 3 were wrong. Had to flag down a runner to have them rectify the mistake. Our server came back and said she was running food? Is the job of the server to serve? Who knows. It’s a great location but last night wasn’t the best experience.

    Overall great atmosphere and location. Our server was very nice and attentive. Sangria and arancini were great. Took a star away because the tofu in the power bowl was so extremely salty that I couldn’t eat more than a couple pieces.

    The place is nice and clean, very well located. It was very loud and at times hard to hear each other. The food is ok, portions are small, definitely overpriced.

    Good experience, very polite staff. Great food. Just took a little too long for food (1hr) and we had a reservation. Understanding that they were very busy as large events were happening in the city and many people were dining before. Not sure if staffing shortage was an issue.

    Staff attentive despite it being busy for a Tuesday…maybe concert crowd. The pizza came cool…replaced AND COMPED…thanks! Did not expect the comp but this makes it so mich easier to recommend!

    The night we popped in was a busy night, with most there for a concert at the arena. Service time was a bit hampered due to the volume of people there, but everyone was hustling. Food was good! A bit costly for what it was, but you're on Front St. so to be expected.

    Great service by our waiter. Food was ok. Crazy small portion of the side salad that was an extra $3. It was maybe 1/2 cup worth of salad? Not worth the price.

    Unfortunately, it took us 20 minutes to get a drink as well. Our appetizers and Maene‘s all came out at the same time. Then we waited another 45 minutes for our bill. Food was excellent but the service was not. We were comped appropriately but not sure that will be back.

    Great first experience here! Our server was Tony (aka Mark lol) and he was fantastic. We really enjoyed him. Everything was delicious. The bacon and jam burger was a bit small. But good! The wine and drinks are quite pricey but the food is reasonable. The naan sandwich was soooo good. As was the fried chicken sandwich and seafood pasta. We will be back! :)

    Service is always terribly slow, every single time we have gone it takes forever to get drinks, even longer to get food. Book a reservation in advance otherwise you will be waiting.

    The food was good. However, the drinks lacked alcohol and the server made excuses as to why all 5 different drinks didn't have a strong alcohol taste. We waited an extremely long time for both our drinks and food. I did appreciate that we weren't rushed out of the restaurant.
