Kellys Landing - Front Street
The restaurant is quite dark. Request a table in an area near the windows as the lighting is minimal.
Loud, but good vibe. Service was a bit slow, but staff was nice. Food was not very good. My wife’s dish was mediocre and mine was barely edible and barely eaten. On the plus side, they took my entree off the bill and comp’d dessert. Last experience there was much better.
The place to go for dinner before a Maple Leafs game!! Fast, helpful, friendly service & delicious food. My sausage and red pepper pizza and my wife’s salmon were both yummy!! Reservations are a must on game nights!
Such a fun spot before the Leafs game! Great staff who were so attentive and accommodating. Tasty apps!
Went for our son's BD celebration before the Rap game. Other than very loud and hard to hear table mates, food and service was very good.
Great time, great food , music is a bit loud
Saturday lunch. Kelly's Landing is so varied. We were seated by the fireplace in a quiet section of the restaurant. It was so relaxing. The food was good, the service was great. We were only disappointed that there is no pasta on the lunch menu. Online it looks like the pasta is available during lunch.
I would recommend this for family, friends, date night. A really nice experience.
Great seat and comfortable for our lunch meeting. Will be back.
Found it too loud to catch up with friends, but server was nice and attentive
Wanted to take my wife to a nicer place downtown for lunch. It wasn't busy, and our server seemed really short with us, somewhat rude. When making the reservation, I said it was for a bday celebration, and asked if they did anything special. A dessert was offered as we were putting on our coats. For a DT TO $$ restaurant, expected better food and service.
Good food. Good service.
Food was very good and our waiter Daniel was outstanding.
Very accommodating, only gripe was music was a bit loud and added a bit too much to the ambiance during our business lunch. The dishes were all great, loved how my tuna salad had TONS of mixed greens.
Have eaten here a number of times but today tried the Lobster Fettuccini for the first time found the sauce to be too watery for a true Alfredo. Healthy amount of lobster but by the end of the meal was more Alfredo soup. Will not deter me from returning but wanted to give the feedback.
Great food, location and staff. Good for before game and after.
All great, just noisy
Our server was great. Gave us great recommendations on food and wine.
My son and I were very pleased with the awesome friendly service, great tasting food, and being so close to Scotiabank Centre. We will be back for sure
Service was amazing (thank you Cass), and, despite being a super busy game night, food was fast, hot and fresh. I will return.
Pub food , bar food , just ok
Great food. Friendly staff.
Went for brunch and the bottomless mimosas were a great deal. Everyone loved their meals.. The pizza was amazing. Service was great - didn't feel rushed at all. just had a great experience.
A bit too loud for us but quieted down once people left for the game. Very good overall.
Good spot for a lunch with business colleagues
Not our best meal there. Food was mediocre. So was service. Just a convenient spot for a pre-concert meal. Definitely not mind blowing
Very poor. We had to flag waitress so many times for drinks. 1 meal was entirely late, she never inputted it and 1 person didn’t eat with rest of us. She then gave 50% off only his pizza and we had to say he didn’t eat with the family it should be credited. We had to be late for our event. Very very disappointed with entire meal and service.
Great food! Great location close to the Scotia Bank Centre ! Service was great too!
Great server and enjoyed the food! Delicious lobster fettuccine.
Good lunch spot with excellent service. Our waitress was great and kept food warm for a late guest. Every time I eat here the manager stops by to say hello. You can tell they care.
I organized an event for my team. Table was ready right away. Food was delicious. Will return.
We've been to Kelly's landing before and looked forward to a relaxed lunch with friends who had come from out of town to meet us. We had a reservation but when we arrived the hostess seated us in a section where there were no other guests and very close to the washroom and door. When we asked to move she told us they have a schedule for servers and we needed to stay in the same section. Our server overheard this and said it was okay if we wanted to sit somewhere else but we assured her we'd sit at another table in her section. I believe her name is Elayna and she did her best to make our lunch a great experience despite the rocky start. We had a great visit but when we left there were still very few people in our section while the majority of the restaurant looked full and lively. That was the atmosphere we were looking for. I recommend asking to be in the bar area when you make a reservation. Note to Kelly's landing - the guests comfort should take priority over your schedule. We arrived at noon. There were lots of other tables.
A friend came to visit me, I suggested Kelly’s Lansing because the 4.1 review. Service is tolerable, food runner brought us the wrong plates turned out to be the same order to another table. The food is absolutely horrible, The chicken and steak were extremely dry so is the burger. We left more food than we ate. Our server explained the runners are new, not sure if it was a new chef on that day, if the answer is yes, it was very unfortunate day for us.
Service génial, nourriture délicieuse et à un prix correct et cadre très sympathique !
Great service. Super accommodating to our request. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend, especially as a pre game visit before leaf game. Very busy but after a ten minute wait we were served efficiently and able to have a good pregame meal.
Great spot to go prior to sporting events
Great food and excellent service.
The overall experience at Kellys Landing on Front St was good. The server was friendly, and checked up on our party in good intervals. Food was delicious and of good size. The only real point that took away from the experience was the noise level. For a restaurant/hang out, the music was overly loud. There is no dance floor so to have music at that level was out of place. The restaurant is a conversation room, so the music should have been much lower. I could barely hear the people at my table and my party ended up yelling at each other to be heard. I would still recommend Kellys but the music level would be a big consideration when deciding my next get together.
Great business meal before the Leafs home opener!
Not too bad. Service was great however was asked 5 times if we were enjoying our food. Believe a manager asked as well (or a random stranger).
Maybe once is good enough. Trust me, we will let you know if there’s a problem.
My friend commented that his chicken was dry. Otherwise good, it’s mostly a consistent experience.
