Not only was the food spot on, so was the service. We had the pleasure of having Alyssa take care of us. She was on point with her timing, which is everything, and engaged in some stimulating conversations that had all of us inspired. Thanks Alyssa for making the experience a memorable one.

Very very noisy and hard to hear. Shane our server was great. Food was decent not outstanding. My side salad was literally 4 leaves of lettuce. I get lettuce is expensive but wow and my burger was on the small side.....not sure I would rush back. Only a good location is the winner.

The place was absolutely packed. We had a reservation and we went to eat here before a concert (which is why it was packed), but the noise level was insane. We were sat at the first booth right near the door which sucked. Our server took our order and gave us the bill - for everything else we had random other servers bring us our drinks and food. It felt a little disconnected. The front reception staff was continuously running around (I know because we were sat right at the door...) and things just seemed really chaotic. The food was mediocre. I got the Naan Chicken Sandwich and my partner got a burger. His burger was really small, and the chicken in my sandwich was very dry. For the price tag of $19/plate each + drinks, it wasn't worth it.

It was great - my only complaint is that they make you wait once you show up for your reservation, which I found puzzling. We had a 5:15 reservation and were not seated until about 5:30.

I went with a group for St. Patrick’s Day and made reservations a week ahead of time. I chose this spot because it said they had Irish festivities and when we arrived they only had a band who was singing songs not even by Irish bands - and that’s all there was. No festivities, no drink specials, no fun appetizers. Our server (she had a shaved head if anyone from management is reading this) and she was extremely rude and sat us in the corner right next to the band, as if we didn’t have a reservation. We couldn’t make conversation and I got 2 drinks and a pizza and it’s was $60. She couldn’t even hear our orders, didn’t ask how we were doing, and brought everything out extremely late. We had a tough time flagging down our bill and other servers kept trying to bring us things we didn’t order because they were so out of sorts. Definitely due for a new menu and new staff!

The food was absolutely amazing. This is my 3rd time going to Baxter’s landing for dinner and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend got the landing burger and absolutely LOVED it.

Our reservation was at 530 but we didn't get seated until 550. There was a lot of traffic in the corridor and it seemed like the girls were lost when advising customers and seating them in a timely manner.

Place is typically really good but having a reservation at 12:15 and not seeing our food u tip 1:30 is just not acceptable. All we ordered was a salad and hamburgers and fries.
