Good pan fried natchos. Excellent steak and cheese melt sandwich with delicious soft bun. Meat cooked 100% as ordered. Restaurant was clean, well laid out, nice decor and good space at tables with views of tvs to watch sports. Only gripe was that air conditioning was set too cold and continussally blew. Waitress is very nice gave us excellent suggestions and did not rush us. Enjoyed celebrating 60th birthday. Will return.

Great except for what you classify as "energetic" noise level, was actually down right LOUD. Understandable with two LARGE tables with 25 yr olds+/-, however, I it was soooo loud that we could not hear each other at our table of 5. Would have been nice if they had placed these large groups elsewhere or even asked that they keep the level down to an 8 vs a 15 out of 10. Food was fantastic, price good. The large group held up our server from getting back to us with our bill.

Food is always relatively consistent at this location, my concern is the inconsistency in relation to the service. The person that served us, was ok, but she appeared to be overwhelmed with her service area and perhaps it could be a reason why her demeanor was not very positive, or she was just having a bad day. It's not the first time we have experienced this with other servers at this location and it's been a hit and miss for a while. When ordering, I wanted to add more items to my order and she appeared to be in a rush to go and deal with another matter. I had also left my side plates after the appetizers on the side to be picked up, in order to obtain new side plates and the plate was ignored and there was no inquiry if we would like a clean plate. Although, the food arrived in great temperature, the customer service side, was lacking for one reason or another and that service makes a difference on the experience. I think more staff is needed in order to maintain the consistency with the positive service that is expected. We tend to go this location once or twice a month and just wanted to share some feedback.

Such a poor lackadiasical approach to customer service made me realize that I shall never go to Kelsey's again. I had booked a table for 3 to have a discussion with a client of mine. 20 mins prior to the reservation, I get a call telling me that they are closed for some vague reason. No explanation, no apologies, no "can I help you" etc. It is so unprofessional and I was left scrambling for options in the 11th hour. Not good and I shall ever go there and will advise my colleagues to also never go there.

There were very few people in the restaurant and the service was not good. Our appetizer was brought out with the main meals and it was obvious it had been sitting there waiting to be picked up. The food was barely warm and we will not be back.

The service was not professional. And the food was not very good. I hadn’t been to Kelsey’s in a long time, and I had high expectations going into it and was sorely disappointed. If you want a good dining experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I would never eat at this location again. Usually I am satisfied with the meals at Kelsey's but this evening was horrible. The tables were wet when my friend and I sat down, the waitress wanted to go home early and basically rushed us through our whole meal. First, she brought out one menu for us, unfortunately, I can't read upside down. The food portions were very small, my friend ordered the balsamic glazed chicken which she said was rubbery and I ordered the lemon salmon which was very very salty and dry. I also ordered a alcoholic beverage that was watered down. Right after our entrees were brought out the waitress asked us to settle our bill because she wanted to go home for the night, mind you it was only 830pm. She could have got another server to assist us instead of closing out the bill. Or she could have said politely that she would like to close the tab and we are welcome to open a new tab with another server. After she left. No one came back to check on us or ask us if we needed anything else. We didn't have a chance to order dessert or an option to. The entrees were quite pricey and for what we received, that was a rip off. I wouldn't advise anyone to eat here. Might as well get some fast food from the A&W in the same plaza.

Food at this location is not always well prepared. My salmon was raw in the centre and the ribs were very dry. We will not be back to this location.

Food variety was good overall but it was a bit of a hit and miss. Fish/chips and pastas were good but the steak was a bit tough and dry. Still got a great service with limited staff and their outdoor dining has a great ambiance.

Waitress was amazing to communicate with deaf people. We couldn't lipreading her because of her mask. She tried to use her body language to us. She was amazing and good job!!

Very nice atmosphere. Social distancing was very present. Even though the Raptors game was on, the noise level was very moderate so it was easy to communicate with my friend.
