    What a wonderful way to start the holidays than having brunch this morning with Santa at Kelsey’s with my family and dear friends. Our girls had an amazing memorable morning. We are already looking forward to next year’s brunch. Thank you Tracy , Scott Jermett and Ashely plus the entire kitchen staff for a wonderful morning.

    Santa was a gem - where did you find him? My grandson is still talking about him. The breakfast was delicious and the servers were so attentive, polite and cheerful. Looking forward to doing this again.

    Food was cold. We arrived at 6pm with reso for 8. Last plate arrived at the table at 745pm. Absolutely pathetic. Took 40 minutes to get drinks.

    Made a reservation with Open Table but Kelseys did not have a reserved table ready for our party. It makes me wonder if they even check their reservations with Open Table or if they even care. Was there to celebrate a birthday but it put a damper on the night when Kelseys was not even set up for our reservation. Not sure I would return for a special celebration. :(

    My husband I dined at the Ajax Kelsey's on the Sunday evening of the May long weekend. The restaurant was fairly recently renovated and had a nice ambiance. I was disappointed with my salmon dinner as the fish was quite dry and the broccoli was undercooked. Our server although pleasant, seemed a bit inexperienced as she wasn't familiar with the craft beer available and didn't warn us about a glitch with paying with a gift card as she disappeared while we were paying. My husband's burger and poutine were fine though.

    We enjoyed the food and the service was good. The restaurant was very dusty and dirty though. Not what we like to see when we’re eating in an establishment. There was thick greasy dust on the wall mounted and ceiling hung light fixtures above where we were eating. Salt all over our table when we first sat down. yuck!

    We were seated quickly (we had a reservation). We even got to pick our booth, as it wasn't very busy, even though it was Saint Patrick's Day. Our waiter was courteous and very accurate and helpful. The food was very good, both in quality and portion size.

    Outstanding food and the 1/2 price wings on Thursday is a great deal. Try the 1/2 Nachos too, a great size. A lot of restaurants don’t offer that option, so so good.

    Our pop was horrible we complained several times Our appetizer of Nachos portion wise great but could of added more cheese and ingredients to it Service was slow The rest of our food wasn’t bad.

    Service was Great. Spinach dip was great! 1/2 pan of Nachos, nothing special, not worth the money! Wings were terrible ever wing we bit into, the insides were all dark/black ( I have a picture), not very appealing. Taste was also weak!

    I had made a reservation for 10, but then changed it to 13 by calling the restaurant. When we arrived they were ready for us. We had to ask for 2 additional tables because they tried only giving us 2. Service was very slow. Food wasn’t anything special. Flavour was meh, temperature felt like it had been sitting awhile

    Our server, Claire, was excellent and deserves accolades. She was not intrusive but she was there when we needed her. A couple of small errors were made with two orders (out of 7) and Claire made sure they were corrected asap. Our family will gladly be back!

    Worst restaurant I have ever been to. I wish I could get my money back. Cold food (we didn’t even eat it), ignored by staff, horrible communication between staff and back of house, took an hour and a half to get anything to our table. I only payed the bill because I didn’t want the waitress to get stuck with the bill at the end of the night. Worst experience ever.

    Our server was lovely! She remembered we were vegetarian and was very flexible with our modifications. It did take a while for us to get our orders taken however. This is a great place if you’re looking to leisurely hangout and eat with friends. Because we were post-workout however we were starving and was hoping for quicker service generally. Food was all great and delicious though! Wish there were more vegetarian options other than burgers and salads though. I know they partner with LightLife - would be cool to see some chick’n options in the future too like chickn’n wings.

    We were given a booth. We sat with our menus and chose what we wanted, but the waitor that was working the dining area walked right passed us while staring. Didn't even bother to introduce himself or ask if we wanted water or anything to start off with. We waited 30 min to be served. We left after that and went to another restaurant that served us 100% BETTER. Un acceptable. Never coming back..
