   Overall the experience was very pleasant. Our service was excellent and friendly. We weren’t hounded asking if we needed anything, but also made to feel like we could ask for something. The food was amazing and worth the price.

   Our reservation of a party of 6 tonight (4 adults and two teenagers) felt that this location does not measure up to other locations we frequent often. We had a reservation, and our table was in a corner with a burned out overhead light bulb. When the restaurant is less than half full, why stick any reservation in an obviously dark corner? Thank goodness for cell phone flashlights! The wait staff was not friendly, did not check on our food experience as we had hoped, since the tenders dinner was prepared poorly and inedible as the chicken tenders were over cooked to the point that two of them could not even be cut with a knife ! The appetizer pita triangles and spinach cheese dip was excellent!!!! Fish was excellent and wings were perfect. Hamburger was good and the steak/bacon/swiss sandwich was excellent! We had to flag down the wait staff to get pop refills after we had waited far too long for an appearance of the staff. All 6 of us were disappointed with the fries. Time to change up the supplier, or change the cooking method. We left three plates full of fries when we left and noticed another table had also left their fries. Come in Bayfield location Management. Make sure the light bulbs work, observe your wait staff in action or have friends come in as your eyes and ears. Wait staff performance is a direct reflection of the management, so I tipped her 20% assuming she was poorly trained and lacked a good food service manager, so she should at least get a tip assuming she was doing the best she was trained to do. The food quality could be why this location was less than 1/2 full at 6:00pm when most other Kelseys we visit on Thursday wings night, have line ups and need reservations.

   Food was excellent, service was prompt and atmosphere was relatively quiet. Food is reasonably priced and they always seem to deliver consistent quality all around. I’m going to make this my go to place for take out! Thank you Yasmeen! (our awesome server)

   I prefer the one on Mapleview dr. Our food took very long here, and people who came in after us left before us. Not impressed

   Great service, had made reservation online and when arrived asked about a booth as we had 2 seniors in our party. Hostess very accommodating and was able to secure a booth for us!! Food was amazing as always as was our server!

   Other than the noise level I’d highly recommend this Kelsey’s. Good service very pretty waitress everything good. Just couldn’t talk very much due to noise level. It was very full. Thank goodness we made reservations!

   Loved the beet and goat cheese salad. Just the right amount. My cousins loved the broccli cheese soup along with the chicken sandwich and salad.

    We haven’t been back to a Kelsey brand for at least 15 years! Loved the rebrand since back in the day! We were in the little corner so it was nice but it was hard to get attention! Hostess was nice and got us the high chairs very quickly. The food and drinks were great and the kids options were great as well!! We almost forgot the ice cream at the end which we ended up having them in the car since we already got to the door and remembered right before we left.
