Overall experience was ok. Drinks were not the greatest and the food was not as decent as I remembered. I got fish and chips, my friend got wings. The fish was crispy on the outside, however a bit mushy on the inside. I don’t really enjoy the batter they use as it’s too thick and makes the fish mushy. Wings were good and the onion rings were good.

Great food and service and the restaurant was very nice and clean. The only problem was the DJ in the bay had the music about three notches too high. Made it almost impossible to hear. It's not like there is a dance floor or there was a huge crowd into the music. No need for the music to be ear-splitting.

The food quality was very disappointing. I ordered the lemon pepper salmon and it was dry and the broccoli...ah the broccoli was dismal. The florets were old and half yellow and were a bit mushy. The only good thing is that our server Carly was super! She was very nice and attended to us well.

The interactions we had with our server were lovely, although there was obviously some confusion and they were disorganized, because we had two different servers come by to take our drink orders. The overall ambiance was nice, however the bathrooms were not clean (there was toilet paper and an air freshener on the floor in the bathroom). We were disappointed by the quality of the food and the amount we paid for it. Some time after receiving our appetizers, the server notified us that the kitchen was backed up and that our food would be taking a little longer than usual to arrive, despite the fact that the dining room was looking pretty empty. Before ordering, I told the server about my food allergies, and when my food was brought out I noticed that my burger was on a different bun than everyone else's. Normally, that is fine - however the substitution was not communicated to me, and I think it may have been a gluten-free bun or something (the texture was weird, made me feel sick, and I couldn't finish my food). Even my boyfriend tried a bite of my bun and agreed it was strange. The entire table agreed the food was cold. Wings had way too much sauce, the kettle chips were not crispy and the fries simply weren't very good. Overall not a good experience and we will not be dining here again. I expected way better. The quality of service and food at Kelsey's has drastically declined over the last few years.

It’s the first time visiting here. Maybe because it was little earlier the place was so quiet. There were several families as customers but they were quiet. Very clean and nice atmosphere, friendly staffs. I’m not picky for food taste and food was fine overall for the price. Not recommend for steak (maybe only this time). Others are good. Portion is generous. Onion ring is worth to pay extra a buck. Definitely go back.

I had the chicken quesadillas and it seemed to be filled with 50% onions that were raw and crunchy. Quite odd and off putting. Server was wonderful and restaurant was nice and quiet.

It took a while for staff to figure out who was serving us and actually take our order but after that everything went smoothly. The waitress was lovely and the food was hot and delicious especially the new garlic honey buns! This location is my new favourite go to for Kelsey's!

Wasn't what I had hoped for. Service was subpar. Its not far from my home, but I dont think id return. Bunch of kids waiting tables with no care in the world for proper customer service. To make it even worse...the food was also blah and cold.

You must read fine print on their menu. A side of onion rings is an add on. ended up costing $23 for 10 wings and onion rings. Value is not there. Service was ok. i think there are better options for the same type of food.

When we reached there was one big party going on. Extremely noisy . If we had known this then we would have chosen other location. Secondly the Nachos got stuck to the baking plate and nothing much on nachos no olives, jalapeños or any good stuff. Extremely poor quality. Mixed up the wing sauce so my daughter had to wait longer for food whereas out food already arrived Service was great and servers they did their best. Not going back to the same location ever.

The servers were really disrespectful. They ignored us. The food wasn’t cooked properly. Just terrible customer service. The manger was very unprofessional. Sophia and Brianna should NOT be working in customer device. I will not be back again and so won’t my family/friends.
