There were a few big groups in here when we arrived and so service suffered for us a bit. The waitress was very personable and the food was quick to arrive. We were just left sitting for a bit after the meal was finished. Food itself was pretty good. I was pleased that my food wasn't drowned in a sauce and I could taste the chicken.

We dined here for an early New Years Eve dinner. Service was quick food was a good for a typical roadhouse restaurant. They had a New Years Countdown for kids at 7pm which was a nice touch

Food only average. The chicken dish had too much salt and was not able to be eaten by my guest. Had the fish and chips in Niagara Falls restaurant and was excellent, but a disappointment here. Had to go looking for a server who said they were busy and slapped menus on table. Altogether a place we will not visit again. Too loud for conversation.

There were thirteen people at our table. We had to ask many times for things. The service was very slow to say the least!!!! The food wasn't bad but some was cold. We visit your restaurant quite frequently and never had service like this before. There should have been more than one waitress waiting on us. The others in the party felt the same way and they all have eaten at your restaurant before.

I ordered their Thai noodles and they didn’t have chop sticks. Not cool. But the waiter improvised and offered up skewers (kudos to him). Next time if you offer up Asian then at least try and make it a pseudo authentic experience with small details like this.

This is the second time we have been totally disappointed by the lack of staff. When arriving there is no one at the desk and you have to look around to find someone. We sat down and waited forever for the server and when we finally got our food, it was the wrong order. The second time we visited this location we waited 15 minutes with NO wait staff even acknowledging our presence. This time we just got up and left. The food is good, but these guys have a HUGE problem with staffing to meet the demand

We were seated beside a ringette team and their parents who screamed the whole time and our server forgot to put our order in because she was dealing with said group and our food took an hour to arrive. The manager did compensate our meal but the server first tried to act as if it was “weird” our food hadn’t arrived when we could see her focusing on the big table that gets her more tips and not placing our order. Kelsey’s is usually good and fast which is why we went but would think twice next time.

The food was good. The seating was frustrating as we had a reservation and people came in after us with the same reservation time and were seated before us . They said they had certain tables designated for us and the people had not left yet. Does not have a good feel.

A good night out with coworkers/friends. We enjoyed our two handed sangrias and some appetizers. Always very happy with the food and portion sizes. We’re small but we eat a lot. The service was friendly but infrequent, for us it was okay because we are preoccupied. And the noise level was okay to start but got increasingly louder as time went on. It seemed as though the music got louder the more people started to fill in, which meant voices competing with each other and the music. Got to be a bit much after a while but all in all it was a great night.

There was 7 of us in total, a few friends from work getting together for dinner. We all met at the restaurant. Our water was quick at starting off with drinks and appetizers, but we had to flag him down when we were all ready to order our main course. Was a bit disappointing. The new limited menu was not overally impressive either; I ordered the butter chicken and the basamati rice was hard. It took forever to order that I couldn’t be bothered to send it back. I have been to this location many times, this time overall was not the greatest experience.
