    The servers were kind and friendly, food was great, however, it took FOREVER! We ordered dessert (cookies with ice cream and cheesecake) and 17 minutes later it hadn’t arrived. We had to cancel our dessert order because we had a play to go to around the corner. We just barely arrived in time. Food service needs to improve here - a nearby table had to return their fajita order because it served almost cold.

    We ALWAYS experience outstanding service and food at this location! Even the woman manager came by a few times to check in which we were very impressed by.

    Service was fast, attentive but we’ve been spoiled by previous servers who were much more friendly and engaging. Fantastic improvements on the patio which is really nice, open without being hot and well screened. The garage door screens and windows to the bar are a really good touch. Food was good, music was enjoyable, just the right level. Overall good value.

    Great place to meet up with friends and eat. Our server Alicia was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend Kelsey for a fun time and hood food.

    Wait staff started out good but didn't check with us periodically. We needed to call out to her. My steak was overcooked. Was at restaurant previously for lunch & service & wait staff fantastic.

    just regular frozen hamburger patties $19 for burger toddler running around in a diaper baby crying non stop won’t come back girl serving was tea sweet though

    Been here before and decided to order the chicken quesadillas again. They were very good. Our server was Kylie who checked on us several times without being intrusive.

    Very busy, slow service. We waited 20 minutes to have somebody come over to take drink orders. However, our server was extremely friendly! Will be back, but probably not on a Saturday night if we’re going out for a date night.

    We both had chicken quesadillas and they were very good. I had hot chocolate and my friend had coffee. Our server checked on us several times and the manager came by too. I used my $26 open table cheque to pay part of the bill.

    Bad serving and served alcohol to 3 year old by misplacing the drink.also food was very salty and wait time was toomuch.only one server and service was very slow.will never go agagin

    Overall a good experience. We we’re celebrating the anniversary of our first date at a Kelsey’s 8 years ago. The food unfortunately wasn’t great, my Chicken fried chicken came with beef gravy and was a soggy salty mess. The drinks were ok and the service was great until we asked for the bill and after 20 mins had to ask again. All in all, I don’t think we’ll be going back until we feel nostalgic about our first date again.
