Server was very enthusiastic and did a great job. Food took a long time to get to us and we ended up there for 2 hours. Maybe there was a lack of staff. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry.

Unfortunately the service and food was not up to the regular expectations to what usually is expected at this location. We sat in the dining area. Three out of the four of us ordered chicken fingers and fries. All of the fries were cold. Like they had been sitting out for a while and then just thrown in with the chicken fingers when they were ready. The fourth ordered chicken wings with spice on it and they came out plain. As we were in the middle of the meal we were finally asked if we desired another a drink. We ordered two more beers and waited 20 mins to get. The waitress who was the only one In the dining area seemed completely overwhelmed for the amount of tables that were actually being used.

Came here for a birthday and was expecting a lot more. My guests food were cold, they received the wrong items and overall the food was just not good. Only 2 people in my group out of 6 liked the food they received.

The floor under our table was full of crumbs that made the floor slippery so I “slipped” into my booth. We were 2 moms who had finally found the time to meet up without our families in tow, which I had said when I entered - that this was a time to unwind and catch up. Well, our server was not too keen about that and we kept feeling like we were annoying her with how long we were taking. The place was empty - just our table and one other one - so it wasn’t like we were holding her up. The food took some time to come out but we didn’t mind. They felt bad so brought us a side salad, which was a nice extra. The salmon was very tasty but the rest of the food in the plate was bland and sparse. Also, I had asked for my sangria not to have ice because it watered it down too much. So, to compensate, they added more juice, so I ended up having a watered down drink after all. Not cool on their part. Overall, a bland experience to match our bland food.

The waitress was so attentive and pleasant. She saw is taking pictures since it was a birthday celebration and offered to take some for us. The food was fantastic. Party of eight and everyone loved their meal. Nice, nice atmosphere and not loud and noisy. Had a fabulous time!!!

First visit to Kelsey’s Clair Road and it was terrible. Booked table for four for Christmas get together and we were put in bar. Two orders of ribs were room temp , as were the fries. When hockey game came on the volume was absolutely deafening and we asked to have it turned down twice as we couldn’t hear each other speak. Server told us that’s what it’s like in the bar. Why put a dinner party booked at 5:30 in the bar then? We didn’t realize we were in the bar area until the game was out on the TVs and he volume is insane. Absolutely terrible food as well - will never return.

Music was way too loud (not the first time I've heard this about this location), which means you have to yell across the table and so does everyone else in the restaurant. Service started well, then it seemed like the server got more annoyed as the night went on. Table wasn't ready when we arrived.
