    Had an amazing time last night. Our server Jennifer was exceptional! She was on top of drinks and made sure we were satisfied all night! We will definitely be going back!

    They accommodated our group of 10 to pre order so that when we arrived, the food came after a few minutes. Our server, Rain, was pleasant and looked after our needs. Overall, great experience:)

    We ordered rack of ribs, wings, fish and chips, Alfredo pasta, potato skin, and pizza for kids meal. Ribs were average, and wings were just bland. Fried fish was the best dish of the night along with the potato skin, while the pasta was decent but not spectacular. Kids pizza was pretty good and the little one enjoyed it. Our server however was really disappointing. We got our appetizers half way through our meal and took 15 mins to get a refill for our drinks. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and would rather avoid this place going forward

    We were there to celebrate my son birthday and we made good decisions ,choosing Kelsey’s. Mr Rain took care of us , make sure we had good time. He was patient with my kids. 10/10 I loved the place. Definitely I’m going back.

    This location's food is exceptional. I have been to the other locations near and far and this one, by far, has the best tasting food. You would think the franchises food would taste the same but, unfortunately they don't. However, this Mississauaga location is outstanding for food and service.

    We waited for a long time to be seated, they were busy, and the waitress took a while to bring our order, but they are nice and helpful, the food was good, the spinach dip is a must try, the kids meal are worth it and delicious. Although it’s a bit expensive but the atmosphere and the experience is worth it.

    The service was incredible. They were very accommodating with my brothers birthday and the food was also amazing. We love this Kelsey’s location :)

    Can’t go wrong with half price wings! Tried the apple butter BBQ and the lemon pepper. The barbecue was very saucy so I preferred the lemon butter. Their Buffalo spinach dip was super yum! A must with wings!

    Food was particularly fresh tonight, especially the appetizer Cajun shrimp. They were not too spicy. Always a nice change dining at Kelseys.

    Staff was great- we were celebrating a birthday. It was half-price wing night so it was a bit busy and noisy but still very good. No real concerns with the food other than the cheese on the potato skin sticking to the paper. Management is aware of it and they're working on the problem but other than that no issues. Relaxed attitude and Ambience though can be a bit loud with TVs and this particular evening had a lot of children attending. Would recommend trying - four cheese and spinach dip was exceptional, both wings and potato skins were good. Special shout out to manager Kelly, Karrin and server Kim

    I chose to dine at Kelsey's for my husband's birthday! I wasn't sure that it was the right choice! There were 3 of us dining that day! Very quiet atmosphere! Like that there were TV screens everywhere! From the minute we sat at our table, I knew it was the right choice! We have been to a few restaurants over the years, & never have we had a server such as (Rain) our server's name! He is everything a server should be & more! You can tell he loves his job! Very friendly, informative, very good mannerisms, asking how every thing is going! He is the best of the best! Food was great too! I am glad we chose Kelsey's - Grand Park

    Our server, Rain, delivered the most succulent steak. His suggestion of a local beer perfectly complimented everything. Our seating in a booth was cozy and comfortable.

    Lunch menus and value are reasonable Our waiter rain was awesome Kettle chips can be less salty though And hoping to see more lunch options in the future

    Wish the food was a little more fresh as it tasted very stale also service wasn't as adequate as I thought it would be as the service was very slow. Also for 4 items cost is almost $200

    After visiting this, Kelsey’s many times, I must say I am still impressed with the service and the food. Our server was incredibly friendly and amazing, the food came quickly, and it was delicious as usual. Thank you for a beautiful evening.

    We loved our server. regret not asking her name. She was charming, attentive, helpful. We both had Buffalo chicken sandwich and Caesar salad. Good portions and delicious. Price was right as well.

    The food was good, the Alfredo pasta was decent. My fav was the white chocolate cheesecake with caramel sauce. Waitress was really nice, checked on us through out the meal. The only negative that I have was that the people next to us were really loud and it was quite annoying, but I don’t see that it’s the actual restaurant’s fault. Overall, I had a decent experience with my family.

    The food was a lot better than I rennet it being at Kelsey’s, it was a little loud but it always was. The server was great but the cleanliness was lacking. The washrooms were gross and covered in dust and the whole restaurant was overall unkept.

    Took 40 minutes for drink orders to be taken .. took another 15 min to get our drinks. Food took another 1/2 … the waiter said they were understaffed and apologized but he only came by 1 time to make sure we had received our food. Very nice waiter but clearly was overwhelmed. We had to get up to ask for utensils once the food arrived. Not a great experience

    Waited for 55 minutes till we got the nachos, 5 minutes later the rest of food were served. Soup was the last. Server said there is something wrong in the kitchen and even the manger is cocking to help.

    The food was great! Patio seating was perfect! Our server was amazing, friendly and personable! We had a great time! Safety protocol were enforced, hand sanitizer upon entry! Overall a great experience!

    It was a family dinner as we haven’t been out for dinner in months. The service was fantastic and very accommodating. The sever was sincere and had a great attitude. She made sure all our requests where answered and taken care of. We where glad to see that they where respecting social distancing with limited seating The food was great and everyone enjoyed their meals.

    We were impressed by the lady who welcomed us and knew of our reservation. The server (Camille I believe is her name) was excellent as was the service. We asked for additional napkins and the server who brought it to us was amicable as when the napkins unfortunately blew off the table, he immediately brought us some more and placed cutlery over the top so the problem would not occur again. We enjoyed our experience at this establishment.
