Boyfriend and I went out for a date. We choose this place because the menu has some planet base stuff for my boyfriend. Anyway when I ordered a salad without bacon, I some how ended up with two pieces of bacon in my salad. I left it on the plate to let the survivor know but she didn’t say anything. Also the survivor we got wasn’t very nice to costumers. I love eating at this restaurant but the little things just made me think different about this place.

Serving staff rushing around not attentive to customers basically felt like our food was thrown on the table as they ran by! Had to ask to get a second drink and never saw original server after she took our order. Terrible tasteless food and service!!

Pleasantly surprised the last time we visited the service was horrible but the waitress we got was very friendly and if she didn’t know the answer she went to find out , food was delivered quickly and hot over all a great experience. I wish I got the waitresses name but the young lady was fantastic. We will be back

3 of us ordered the same meal. Mushroom melt burger and Ceasar salad. The salad is an upgrade side. The salad had no flavour and was wilted. The worst ceasar salad that I have ever been served at a restaurant! The servers were very good and responsive. Changed our replacement sides to fries, onion rings and baked potato. Fries and rings came luke warm. They were again replaced with hot. Potato very dry. Hamburgers had way too much meat to enjoy with little flavour. No complaints about the service except that they should make sure fries sitting under a heat lamp are hot before serving. Booth seat was comfortable and large. Not sure if I will return with so many great options in Orangeville.

It was freezing in there, there were flies everywhere, the floor under our table was sticky, there were cobwebs on the light above our table. Huge cobweb in the womens washroom, right above the mirror. When I filled out the online reservation, where it asks for special instructions….I said that it was our 24th wedding anniversary. No one acknowledged, or said anything to us.

I made reservations for 6:00 for 2. Got there, they tried to seat us in the VERY NOISY BAR! We immediately asked for the dining room. Had to wait until a server arrived.... then we ordered dinner....NOT GOOD...appetizer was not cooked...Honey garlic cheese buns....cheese was right out of the fridge! Rib & wing dinner... ribs were COLD! Wings just warm. Only good thing was the Loaded Kettle Chips. Mentioned food problems to server, manager immediately came over, apologized and said our bill would be adjusted. It was. Now I know why Kelseys was the only restaurant I could make reservations at.... not many people were there....lesson learned.... won't be going back.

Server was excellent, food was absolutely terrible. It was cold and took 45 min. Had to be reheated 2x. No manager came by, we paid for everything. Tables were dirty, dead flies on ledge, we didn’t eat any of the food. Server was extremely friendly and helpful, if it wasn’t for her we would have walked out.

Had to ask for missing items on the order. Asked for modifications to the burger (no vegetables) but burger came with onions. My son said he didn't want to return it so we just picked the onions out of the burger. One of the items that was missing was given at the end of the meal so we had to take it home instead. (fries are not good when you take them home). Gravy on poutine was old, Louisiana chicken was terrible, and angry fries were just regular fries with some seasoning thrown on top of the pile. Terrible execution. Overall, from the 5 entrees received, only 2 were eaten. Sad to say we will not be returning, as we could have had better quality of food at Popeys or Wendy's. FYI, the table next to us was also experiencing issues with their food and were comped items on their meal. We were not extended the same courtesy. The only positive, our server was GREAT! (I think her name was Kaily?)

I was very disappointed with my California greens beet and goat cheese salad! I was brought iceberg lettuce with 4 tiny little pieces of beets and barley any cheese. You should not bring out a substitute to a customer in hopes that they are not smart enough to realize it! Will not be eating at Kelsey's Orangeville again! Very disappointed

They sat us near the bar even though I requested dining room. We were not acknowledged for close to 10 minutes. The server was very inattentive. The food was the same decent Kelsey's food. Overall a very disappointing experience.
