My meal: Kelseys - Quesadilla I wouldn't order it again. The flavor had a off aftertaste. There was alot of lettuce overload. Soggy tomatoe overly wet juices in the bottom of the platter. No spoon to help put the toppins onto the Tortilla. The Tortilla was getting soggy because of the steam / condensation. The Tortilla size is too small for all of that. Lettuce, / topings, Best part was the RICE and beans.. 2nd. My daughters children's menu Grilled cheese Was really bad lol. Nothing about it I'm my opnion should be on a children menu. No taste. The cheese wasn't spread out on the size of bread. I'm sure I can make better home made grilled cheese compared to this. Yes I'm a foodie person. Yes I cook food for friends and family so this review is based on that. It just seems like there No heart in the food items we receieve. For a 40th Birthday celebration The food was less than meh. But with all that said. Love the vibe of the restaurant. The lights. The table The space The friendliness of the server. And overall I was thankful for the meal I received. Just the quality/ flavourful/ or the dishes were missing.

The ambience was very dull. We ordered spinach dip but instead the server brought loaded nachos and told that spinach dip wasn't available. We had to return nachos. The main course was not warm. The server was nice and polite but service could have been better. I also made a special occasion request via open table but for my mom's birthday but nothing special was done.

We were very happy with our Kelseys experience. The only problem we had was finding the restaurant. We had not been to the Oshawa location before and got confused on the one way streets. We ended up calling the restaurant and were given more detailed instructions and then we arrived about 10 minutes later.

My reservation asked for a view of the Leafs game but we were seated out of view. The server gave us a blunt "no" when we asked to move or if they could switch the tv (eventually they did switch the tvs but they made it known how inconvenient it was). They were also very blunt when we ordered something they didn't have. I finished my first drink by the time food arrived and asked for a second one. By the time the second one came I was done my meal (~20mins). In their defense it did seem understaffed for a Saturday, but it's inappropriate to take that out on your guests. The food was fine. Typical bar quality to be expected.

This location is dirty. Service was slow, but they are likely understaffed. Veggies were cold and not cooked. I like crisp veggies, but these were not properly treated at all. The server comped a dessert, which was appreciated. Steak was properly done and good enough.

Service was slow, but restaurant was not busy, 1 1/2hrs for lunch. There were 6 of us. one person brought out the meals 2 at a time. There was 5 minutes from first to last meal. Little things they forgot the water, the wings were done with sauce on as opposed to on the side, an order of kettle chips was missed, and a side sauce was also missed. We likely will not return anytime soon.
