First time back since re-opening. I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries. Restaurant was empty, we were only a table of 4, and only 2 meals came to start. I tasted my fries, and they were not warm at all. We waited for the other two meals, chicken salads, which finally came. I told the server of my cold sweet potato fries and he did replace them after another long wait. When I tried my burger, it too was not warm at all. The food was clearly sitting and waiting for quite a long time, while the salads weren’t even ready. I did not bother telling the server about the food burger as there was no way I could keep my group waiting after we already waiting quite a while in an empty restaurant. This Kelsey’s is not what it used to be at all. After that cold a meal, I’m not looking to go back there. Complete waste of money.

After being closed for so long I was hoping that this places was renovated. What they did is just simply added few elements from the new restaurant design, but the rest stayed untouched, which in my opinion made this place look even worse. We got 2 salads as sides and both were slimy and smelled bad and had rotting lettuce. We asked to replace and new ones were exactly the same.

Service okay. Food not great. The restaurant recently reopened and you would think that they would try harder 2nd time around. Nachos had next to no cheese or beef for which you pay extra for. The shrimp past had 2 shrimp. Had to pull a "karen" and ask for more shrimp. Burger was nothing to write home about. The cooking staff are clearly poorly trained and not in the game. Managers MIA.

Ordered a non spicy Ceasar but they sent the spiciest one and had to have it remade! Still had the spicy rimmer on it which was way too hot. Also ordered a medium steak and when it arrived it was so tough and overcooked. When asked they brought another steak but this was way under cooked and not edible! Another person in our party ordered a Chicken /Beets and Goat cheese salad but the waitress didn't put the order into the kitchen so we all ate while he just sat there and watched us eat! They presented the bill and I had to ask that the steak be taken off which they did but you would expect a good restaurant to have the manager come over to make sure things like this don't happen again so she/he can train the staff properly ... but nothing! Haven't been to Kelsey's in about 10 years and never plan to go back! Looks good if you want to sit at the bar and have appetizers but other than that, STAY AWAY!!!

It was a little loud (but Friday bar was quite full of raucous partiers).. Our server was kept too busy serving the patio and we were his only table inside. Didn't get the opportunity to order a second drink. typical Friday

Menu changed since our last visit. One of our Freund's is vegetarian as is my son's family. There used to be more good options for them. Will not be choosing Kelsey's when dining out with them in future. Otherwise food was good for the meat eaters.

Tonight was not a good night for us a Kelsey's. This location was on our favorites list... but no longer. Service was the worst. When the server starts apologizing even when he first comes up to us...and yet really performs worse after that. Not good!

It was a really quiet night early this week when we went. Our server (A.R.?) was really nice and had a couple of other tables when we got in. As soon as we sat down I ordered a JD & Coke. She kept saying it was coming up, but even with a dead restaurant, I had to remind her 40 minutes lates to look into it. By the time she brought it to me, the ice had melted and diluted the drink. I sent it back. The rest of the meal was ok.

Meal was good. The waiter forgot to enter our appetizer order so the manager brought the appetizer free of charge and also took 15% off our bill. That was much appreciated. Food was good. Ambiance - this restaurant needs a redo - it is dark and tired looking.

We have eaten her several times over the past few years but had not been back for more than a year. We chose it primarily because of its proximity to the Silver City Cinema as we were going to an early show. We made a reservation, which wasn't necessary as it was still not busy at 5:00 pm, but they had it and sated us promptly. Staff were all friendly and professional. I had just signed up for their loyalty program and we were given a complimentary appetizer, which was very nice. We weren't able to take advantage of their dinner and movie package as it is only offered Sunday to Thursday. It is a great deal. My wife had their Sonoma Salad and I had the Thai Shrimp Curry Bowl. We were both very pleased with our dinners. Our drink and food orders were taken and delivered in very good time and the new General Manager stopped by as we were leaving to thank us for choosing Kelsey's.

Excellent host at door on New Years Eve. Great waiters. Ours was Jack, super accommodating. Calamari not the greatest. Nachos need to stay in oven more as the cheese did not melt underneath top layer. Overpriced on many items. Chicken strips do not come with fries. We had a good time but the quality is mediocre while the prices do not reflect that. The funnel cake fries were oh so good.

Every time I’ve come it’s always been loud however me and my mom do tend to come at the busiest hours. Overall I enjoy coming here and the food is always very good. Service is ok as well.

We had reservations for 4 of us. My husband and I were the first to arrive, so we were seated on one side of the restaurant. When our friends arrived, they mentioned our reservation, and were seated on the opposite side of the restaurant.!! It took us about 20 minutes after our scheduled meeting time to realize something was wrong. Our friends called us and it was not till then that we realized we had been seated separately even though we both mentioned our reservation. One comment about our server, she was good and attentive, however once our bill came, she never mentioned Scene Cards. If I hadn't brought it up, we wouldn't have had the opportunity to use our Scene Card. Is it up to the customer to mention the Scene Cards?

I was pleasantly surprised at our visit to Kelsey's. I hadnt been to a Kelsey's for many years. I wasnt expecting much but I loved it. The Thai Shrimp CUrry Bowl was as as good or better than some I have had in Thai restaurants. My partner had the burger and the french fries were outstanding. We will definitely come back again. Thank you.

Waited 45 minutes after being seated before a server came to the table - this is after I asked 3 different staff before insisting on talking to the manager. It was mothers day, so the place was busy but not even close to capacity. Other tables seated after us recieved food before anyone took our order. We had 2 small children with us who became hungry and cranky due to long wait. My wife is vegetarian and likes the mushroom fajitas but couldn't order it bc they will no longer allow custom order (hold the onions due to sensitivity), so she was stuck ordering bruschetta. The food was good, but not with the poor service. Really disappointed.

Kelseys made my friends birthday very special and brought over a sweet dessert with a candle. They took care of a drink done the wrong way and service was quick, server was polite. Regular hamburger very small and salads are really over dressed, but otherwise pleasant time with girlfriends.
