   This is our go to restaurant in our neighborhood that we always enjoy. Decided to go their for valentines day. Booked a reservation. When we arrived, the restaurant had not gotten too busy yet as it was early evening. There were lots of free table and booths. We were sat at the tiniest table for two people squeezed in between two other tables. When asked if we could move we were told they had no other table available as those tables had reservations. Most of these tables remained open the entire time we were there. Our food did not even fit on our table as we had to take turns holding the condiments for our fajitas so that we could take out a fajitas from the container underneath it. I understand it was valentines day, but they rushed us to eat and brought our main meal out before we finished our appetizer. The restaurant was clearly trying to sit as many people as possible into the space. The server told us our table was never meant for two people as they usually have two table together, never single like this. It made for an unpleasant experience at a place that we normally always enjoy. Kelsey's Management should learn from this and not treat their guests like this. We will be back only because we do enjoy their food and they are just down the street from us. If this were to happen again I wouldn't go back.

   Three girls for a night out. Sat at a table in the bar area which ended up being a great choice. The server was fantastic. The food was great as usual, albeit slightly smaller portions. We didn’t feel rushed to eat and leave so had a great time catching up.

   Terrible customer service, very slow to get a waitress to serve us. Sat for around 15 minutes before someone came over. I ordered the chicken fajitas and the bone was on some of the chicken …(it’s chicken breast?) lastly the manager decided to hammer the door jam during operation hours which made it loud!

   Due to the weather we didn't get to enjoy the patio! Inside was very loud because it was Father's Day and lots of families. We get that. Service was great, cute waitress. Kelseys reminds me of Boston Pizza - same set up same atmosphere

   It was a very hot day I thought it would be cool inside your restaurant but in the bar area it was very warm. I think you need to fix your AC & your air flow. I was an uncomfortable atmosphere

   Worst outing ever! We were there for 2hours with out grandson. It was my husband’s birthday dinner. He’s away with work and this was our only opportunity to go out….he was home for 2 days now he’s gone again. We sat there forever waiting for our food. We ordered right away, it wasn’t busy, and there was twice as many empty tables as there was with people. Our waitress was very hard to find. She was awful. I had to go look for another girl for napkins, and we seem to sit for very long periods of time. Our food finally came out….we had to ask for forks and knives….someone from the kitchen staff had to get them for us. We ordered desert. A cheesecake and the funnel fries….it took almost a half hour to come. Again…. Restaurant had a strong majority of empty tables. We used to love going to Kelsey’s , but that was ridiculous!!!! I even tried calling to speak to a manager from out table! Twice! No answer! We could hear it ringing from our table. I was so upset! I hardly get to see my husband due to work, and we’re celebrating his birthday which is May 30….but he won’t be home. The food was to die for, but the service and the wait was just awful. Very very disappointing! I could see if it was busy, but it definitely wasn’t! My time with him is precious….and it was wasted waiting and the mood was a downer. So much for our nice dinner out. We definitely will NOT return to that location.

    We went on Super Bowl Sunday. Expected the game to on one TV. Nope, We had to ask three time to put it on. Finally, but with no volume (what) I guess we better eat quick to get home for the half time show. Server/bartender had no help from management, she was very busy with take out orders and dining in That left our table suffering from receiving service. Kitchen stuff is unaware how to cook a well done steak. We had our dessert to go to make sure we could watch the half time and we made it

    Overall, I liked this place. To start we ordered flat pan nachos, 4 cheese spinach dip and mac & cheese amazeball and they were all delicious and plenty of food to start for table of 5. But my main issue was about the "roasted mushroom sirloin" that reads "Fresh AAA 8 oz sirloin topped with roasted mushrooms. Served with your choice of side and sauteed veggies", and once the wait was over and the meal arrived, I found it with no mushroom. I asked the waitress and she apologized for forgetting it!? That is Okay I said and I did not want to make her day awful. But then my steak which I could not wait to have it and was ordered as "medium-rare" was so dry and no juice. I could not enjoy it, not even a bit. On the other hand, my family had ordered burgers and they all like their meals.

    Appetizer, 4 cheese spinach dip was good, chicken wings were chewy seemed undercooked, buffalo wrap, chicken pieces were a little too big but otherwise really good. Didnt get many checkups from waitress. Was nice and quiet.

    Really nice sitting on the back patio. Wouldn’t have loved if we were facing the parking lot and sun. Server was great and social distancing was perfect as well.

    The food was amazing and we had a very nice server however the sangria that we ordered didn't taste like it did last time we came. It had a syrupy taste to it and it felt more like fruit punch juice than a sangria. We also didn't feel like it had any alcohol in it.
