My friend and I were at Kelsey's for a mid-week lunch as we have done often. The restaurant was quiet at that time and we enjoyed our visit very much. The menu was quite varied, we had an excellent waitress and the food was delivered exactly as ordered, I had a very excellent Thai Chicken Curry Bowl and my friend had the Sonoma Salad with Chicken. We topped it off by sharing a very lusciousdessert called Funnel Cake Fries.

The service was great server spoke to us in french. My wife took the Sirloin steak it was good. I took the wing and ribs i was dissapointed by the rib the were really hard and cold the were ok. The restaurant was nice and clean. Are drinks were really good.

very disappointed with the food, first my husband and i ordered ribs, mine came to me freezing cold and my husbands were not even cooked ( still raw inside) the manager came over, apologized and asked us if we wanted something different, we both said we would have the mushroom sauce steak and we wanted it cooked medium. The plates mere brought to us and as soon as we cut into them the blood was pouring out the were blue rare, the manager came over again, apologized and asked us if we wanted something else, at this point we were very frustrated and did not want anything else. The manager did come over aging and give us $75 in gift certificates but honestly i do not think we will return to this location

Let me first say that the service was friendly and prompt and professional. We were made to feel special and cared for. Everyone enjoyed their food. The booth was unusually comfortable and that's saying a lot as I'm a very big woman. At one point we were disturbed for a short time by a child crying in the next booth but there's nothing much a restaurant can do about that. It didn't affect our meal overall. It was a special Christmas get-together and this was definitely the place to have it.

Extremely noisy which was a shame because it really reflected poorly on the restaurant. I understand that you want to make sure customers have a good time, but having 1 or 2 patrons screaming in the bar really makes it hard for families to have a reasonably pleasant sunday dinner.

You have a great patio and should have live acoustic music. For example a solo guitarist who plays guitar and sings. I would highly recommend #larry6string. You need a better selection of beers on tap as I could not believe you did not have draft Richards red nor Keith's red on tap. Also my Thai cuisine bowl seems smaller than it used to be -- except not the price. Plus there should be screens on patio. especially for the playoffs and blue jays games

The server, Peter, was very pleasant and did not rush us at all. It was a very pleasant experience as I had not seen my cousin for 15 yrs and we were able to take our time and enjoy each other. I would certainly go to Kelseys on Bank St again.

Menu Selections seem to have improved. 2 members of my party of 4 had the chicken fajitas and we were both very pleased, both with the quality, flavor and lavish quantity. The hamburgers ordered by the others were very much enjoyed. But special thanks to the server who was efficient and attentive.
