I was disappointed in the nachos. They are a favourite of mine. The chicken added looked like a meat crumble and was not very appetizing. The service was good and the waitress was kind. The other food at the table was tasty.

The chicken was so burned it was black, the server (Karen) noticed and offered to have it replaced, she said it shouldn't be happening because the manager was in the kitchen. Mistakes happen, I will be returning to give them another shot because of how wonderful the staff was.

Overall, very nice, good server. My issue with restaurants is the music is always too loud causing ppl to have to yell vs having conversations which is disappointing when dining with others. Roadhouse restaurants are just that, not night clubs or Raves. Just an older dudes opine.

We enjoyed the fish, "chicken fried chicken" and balsamic chicken, as well as the white chocolate cheesecake. However, the place was very noisy. We had to raise our own voices to make conversation.

We do enjoy going to this location quite often and is usually really good. I have had 2 experiences with things dropped and spilt on me. The first time was with plates and it ruined my shirt, pants and stained my shoes. Felt bad for the new girl, so let it go, but no one else did anything. Bit disappointed with management for not even offering anything. Last night it was just water, and the waiter felt terrible. Last night was not a good experience. The food was all cold for all 5 of our meals and appetizers. Likely do to staff, but hurt our food and experience. We will continue to go and hopefully will be better.

Horrible service. Fries were burnt and cold. Spoke to manager was told that’s how he likes his fries. Crispy lol. They were cold and burnt. Waitress would go to kitchen and not come out until we had her called 3 times. We were the only table in there and it took 45 min for a refill of drinks after we had to get up and go looking for our waitress. Very disappointed. Regular customer but this is the 1st time we have had such an awful Father’s Day lunch.

I reserved a table based on getting the dinner deal (app + 2 dinners + dessert for $55) and upon ordering was told it was no longer offered due to being out of specific food items. There was no offer of alternatives. We still ordered and food was still great, just disappointed there weren’t alternates offered.

It was NOT ok that Kelsey’s was out of the house tequila they usually use in the Margarita’s last night and the bartender said they’d be up charging us $1.50 per drink for the gold tequila. That is not good customer service. It wasn’t our fault you were out of tequila. What would it have cost them to just make us our drink and keep us as returning customer…a $1.50. I don’t usually leave reviews (good or bad) but I’m still thinking about this a day later and not cool Kelsey’s, not cool. I sure didn’t feel like a valued customer.

We were particularly impressed with the Covid-19 protocol, asked to be seated away from people and were accommodated. Staff was excellent. The food was good, not outstanding. A nice place to meet with family and friends.

We had a reservation for 6:30. Got there a little bit earlier than expected (6:10pm) and they had a table ready for us! My partner got the chicken fried chicken with potatoes and mixed vegatables. The only thing he wishes was different is the portion. He wishes that he was given more potatoes and overall the broccoli wasn’t good. I had the BBQ Chicken Club. It was good but it wasn’t really what I was looking for that night. We also got the amazing Four Cheese Spinach Dip with Fried Pitas for an appetizer and it is the best one you could possibly get. Don’t pass it up!
