   Decent sushi for the price. Kind of a trashy place. All ordering is via website. Interior is rather grungy with a makeshift host station at a table and some sticky tabletops, and little attention by servers. Luckily didn't go on a Friday or Saturday so we could pay with credit card –– is this a money laundering scheme on Fri & Sat that makes it cash-only???

   Everything was perfect but felt like the head server was a little rude on how she explains stuff and how she talks to us.

   The reservation system is completely flawed, and staff at door was untrained and unhelpful. Management totally at fault. The restaurant requires a credit card to make reservation, and charges $20/person if reservation is cancelled within 2 days. When I arrived at restaurant (on time), the staff at door did not have my reservation. When I showed the email confirmation, this was totally ignored. A somewhat heated argument ensued. This was unpleasant and led to a very unsatisfactory experience.
