They forgot one of our orders ... then, when they reordered the meal, it took over 20 min, and still did not arrive. We were heading to another event, so we canceled the missing food order. They did comp our meal, which was much appreciated... however, when we showed we were upset about our experience, management complained back to us! Saying we were inappropriate to the staff ... ok, so the King Eddy doesn't want our business anymore. I am so saddened by the fact that a local iconic location for food, live music, and socializing location seams to think that it is OK to treat customers with such disrespect to say it is OK if we never return. My heart is breaking to think I am no longer welcome because they forgot a food order, and we made a comment during a music set. [Which means we had to talk louder in order to be heard] 😞 By the way ... a teach people about customer service ... and the customer may not always be right, but they are still our customer and should be respected... as we thought we were being wirh our complaint. At our table, we were discussing, prior to the missing food, how outstanding the service and customer service was ... yet one comment from management turned the unfortunate to something I had to post about. I hope some day to return to support live and local music, but I am not sure when with the current management 😕

Thoroughly enjoyed the music of Matt Masters and his band. The food was amazing and service prompt and efficient. It was the perfect thing after visiting Studio Bell.

We were a group of 6 teachers getting together for our annual catch up session. We were not expecting a live musician during our breakfast. While the singer had great talent, it was way too loud and we couldn't hear each other talk, especially that there were less than 10 tables occupied. The food was ok, nothing spectacular but the service was friendly and efficient.

Fantastic blues band, perfect volume...great food - just wish there were more snacking options such as nachos/chips and salsa/popcorn as we wanted to snack after dinner as we stayed for a while. Excellent service, very clean washrooms.

The King Eddy has amazing food. We had different main courses and all were delicious and plentiful. Our service as well, was fabulous. Our server was friendly and very responsive to any of our needs. Every member of my family would highly recommend eating at this restaurant.

We went to celebrate my husbands birthday, he has wanted to go to the KE for along time so I was hoping it woukd have been a better experience. The bands were good especially the Frontiers. The food was mediocre at best.

Good food, good service, nice setting. Four of us had a late lunch at the King Eddy. Noise level was reasonable and service was good. Steak sandwich was okay (a bit too chewy for me) but the burgers and chicken burgers were all good. Sides of fresh salad or the fries were excellent. Thanks!

We decided to go here for Father's Day Brunch. It was quiet when we arrived but quickly filled to capacity. The entertainment was great, our server was one of the best in recent memory! Give that lady a raise! The food was just OK, possibly because they got so busy so quickly. Not terrible but I've definitely had better. We had a great time though.

We went for a fathers day lunch... We had chicken and waffles and hot chicken sandwich - both were delicious. The live music was also great - Samantha Savage-Smith was wonderful. Thanks for a great time!

Great fun relaxed atmosphere with super fabulous entertainment ladies had sparkle and pizazz and wonderful voices. Band was a huge surprise several instruments and an eclectic mix of songs. Excellent food! great value portion size was excellent l had to take some home. I had the buttermilk chicken absolutely fantastic😇Was a very lovely birthday 🎂

Menu has a nice mix of eclectic items. Not your boring pub food. We stayed for the evening show. Everyone working there is incredibly friendly. Staff were great at making sure everyone's water glasses were topped up at each table. Waiting staff also great with stopping by to check up on us regularly. If there to watch a musical act, it's best to bring earplugs.

Excellent food and service. Great variety and my wife and I and our friends really enjoyed the Burgers, one was hamburger and one chicken burger and the steak sandwich could have been cut with a spoon. Really nice friendly staff and great environment. A very pleasant surprise

It actually was our first time experiencing the King Eddy and we loved it! I asked my husband on a date, it was the perfect environment for us we both love music. The food and drink were exceptional and the price was right!
