Kingfishers Waterfront Bar and Grill is situated on the banks of the Fraser River with a waterfront view from any seat in the house.

Serving handcrafted restaurant food and a pub atmosphere we are Albion’s Neighbourhood Pub and Maple Ridge’s place for great food, BC wines, craft beer, live music and special events shared with family and friends.

Please note that any reservations booked at our BAR tables are for adults only, 19 years and older. Minors are gladly welcomed when reserving our STANDARD tables.

We look forward to welcoming you to the house and while we will do our best to accommodate seating requests we cannot guarantee particular tables. Our patio seats, both Bar(no minors) and Standard, are sat on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

    Salmon was so dry. Over priced. Salad was great. 27$ got dry salmon and little salad. Was disappointed being fine dining. My wife had Fish and chips was all very dry and flavorless. My parents has burgers they looks good.

    Celebrated our Anniversary, dinner was fabulous, the salmon trio is amazing and more than enough for 2 people as an appetizer. Our waitress was excellent as well as the other staff in the restaurant. Will definitely be back

    We sat on the patio watching the sun set over the river. Could not have been better Top this with great food and service and our evening could not have been better. We are looking forward returning for brunch next weekend

    We had out of town guests and Kingfishers was the perfect spot to enjoy dinner on the patio. The food was great and the music on Friday night was energetic and fun. We were glad to be outside however as it would have been a bit too loud inside. Kingfishers is a Maple Ridge gem for dinner or just a drink to watch the boats go by.

    Unfortunately unlike our first visit, our experience, except for the waitress, was generally poor. Our food was well overpriced, the wine seemed to be as well, although didn’t ask for the price when ordering, but for a 6 oz and it was 13.50 seemed a little much. My husband had the veal snitzel and he was disappointed.

    Our server, Olivia, was incredible. Patient, kind, responsive and genuine. Made the whole experience memorable. Food was good. Entertainment was lovely but way too loud for diners that wanted to visit with each other.

    Been here several times and it's always great. Super nice to be on the open patio overlooking the water, and live music is always fun. Food was very good, and our waiter was excellent - prompt, efficient, kind.

    We had Reservation for 6 adults on a Sunday night at 5pm, it wasn’t too busy but at around 6 it picked up but the restaurant was not full. The reason for the low rating is due largely because of the staff. It too forever to get a water (15min) when we sat down. We ordered appies (muscles were great) and drinks to start the drinks came fast which is great but they need to work on how to make a basic drink cosmos were horrible. The second issue was the timing of the food. Typically you want a gap of 10min between the appetizers and the mains but in this case it came out at the same time. The table was full of dishes again we had to wait 20min before someone checked on us to clear the plates and offer another drink. Finally the issue with the atmosphere, it is always so hot inside they really need to fix the HVAC unit. Granted it was a hot day but Ive been in the spring and it is always hot inside. Suggestions: Invest in some fans it will help with the guest comfort and keep the flies out of the food. Retrain the staff on how to make a good drink and be more aware of the table service.

    We went for our 31st anniversary, I was thrilled to discover an upscale pub in walking distance that serves amazing drinks and oysters on the ½ shell ! There was live music which made it much too loud to have a conversation but no other complaints.

    Brilliant as per usual Stacey was fabulous and all of the staff are the best Greg is always amazing ! Food was impeccable and new honey mustard sauce rocks !!! Try the humus ! The best we have ever had !!!

    We dined here for a kid free date hoping to indulge in some great dishes. I felt everything we ordered was rushed and not out together. Restaurant was not busy at the time we dined in around 2:30. The oysters were small and quiet expensive for what you got. The mussels tasted off and the ceviche was just something I didn’t expect as usually ceviche is cold and this was warm. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you are looking for proper etiquette and a delicious seafood experience.

    The location of this restaurant is just stunning. The terrace looks out over the river and it's incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The menu is wonderful, the food is really good quality, and the servers were very friendly. I was there with my elderly parents and not only did they find plenty of things they would like to eat (they can be very selective) but no request they made was a problem. This is our new insider secret. We loved it.

    It has been several years since I visited this location, but it won't be several more until I am back. We were seated on the patio right at the glass overlooking the river. Our server was attentive without being over-bearing and happily shot a pic of the two of us. I enjoyed my chicken and brie sandwich on foccacia, and my friend liked her bowl. The pinot gris wine was delicious, too. What a perfect day to sit and enjoy the view.

    Excellent food, service and band. Seating in a large booth was not very comfortable for 2 small seniors....could hardly reach the table...lol Next time I will reserve a table. Every bite of food was delicious and lovely presentation. Our server was great.

    Great food, great view, great live music. We sat on the lower patio, bugs were not an issue. We watched the chef pull fresh vegetables and herbs out of the on site garden.

    Fantastic, great place. Second time we did our anniversary there. My only concern, and it is minor, there is a lot of bugs ( fruit flies I think) constantly around the food. Given their location by the river there is probably not much they can do about it. All in all, a great place.
