    Food was nice. Not really enough variety for us but enjoyed what we had. Hot stones were interesting. Bavette steak definitely the nicest. Food came out as it was cooked which meant we'd more or less finished everything else before our noodles appeared. Different but enjoyable

    We ordered 4 items: duck, stone grilled beef, stone grilled beef tongue, and the extreme wagyu bowl. Only the ducks taste good for us. The wagyu are very tender but the taste was not that mind blowing. Stone grilled is kinda meh since the stone is not that big or flat, hard to grill the beef tongue or meat. The wagyu bowl is kinda small portion that cost $62+. Many sauces are more vinegary/sour taste, so if you do not like sour sauce you will not like that as much.

    Very busy place and you'll need to make reservations. Easy to understand why when you're there. The food was great and the service was incredible. Salmon pressed sushi and the truffle carbonara were our favorites. Dishes are on the smaller size so you'll need to order lots! (side note, they do NOT have high chairs for children, luckily we brought our clip on chair)

    Great Japanese Izakaya. It is noisy, per the norm of a Japanese Izakaya. The serving staff do a lot of yelling which is very authentic. If you need something, it's normal to have to get their attention. Don't mistake this for poor service! The chicken karage is amazing, same with agedashi tofu and veggies. Great sake flight. Also enjoyed the nanami eda mame.
