We ordered several of their flagship dishes, including Wagyue-Otoro Bowl, Alaska Salmon Sashimi, etc. Unfortunately, NONE of the sashimi were fresh, and the Wagyu meat was the lowest quality meat I've had. The good dishes were their fried corn, and the sake drinks.

The sushi are very fresh, similar to the ones I had in Tokyo. The mayo shrimp is great. The value is quite good. This place is popular and very busy. The food comes out very fast. I was in and out within one hour. It is not a place to slowly enjoy your food and chat with friends.

Food was great! Just the wagyu beef + otoro was slightly overpriced, otherwise everything else was good value for money. The grilles pork cheek was exceptionally good!
