Outstanding food. The servings are not large, but that is true to the Japanese style. I will definitely go back.

Had the smaller sashimi sampler for four of us, very small pieces but all tasted good. Also had the Bibimbap with curry beef, prawn tempura, and kinka roll, all delicious. Excellent service.

First visit here, will be back again. Menu options for sharing plates is a perfect opportunity to try new dishes. We tried Bibimbap for the first time… and will order as my staple dish going forward. Very modern and clean space. Staff very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations.

Really sad they changed to « finer » dining. I feel like this restaurant was much more fun with the sale bombs and loud atmosphere. Definitely shouldn’t be called an izakaya anymore since it’s misleading. Food was amazing but the portions were small. The prices went up but the karaage tastes the same as it was before their transition to fine dining. It’s a nice restaurant but definitely a downgrade from what it formally was.
