We made a reservation on OpenTable but upon arrival they said that we didn’t have a reservation since OpenTable wasn’t synced up to their system. Not only did they fail to give us seating regardless when the restaurant was practically empty but the host didn’t seem to care at all. As a result we just left and ate elsewhere.

The concierge told me I don’t have the reservation with them, placed us to indoor (which we originally requested outdoor) and insisted we don’t have the reservation even I showed her the confirmation SMS. But I wonder why would I get the points if I don’t have any reservation confirmation from them? Also, the service is terrible as, at last, when we were asking the dessert, a waiter confirmed it but we waited like more than 10 mins for a Crème Brûlée? The service at Kinka Izakaya Harbourfront is much better than this one. Won’t go back to this restaurant again.

The best Japanese Pub Izakaya in Toronto for the last 15 years. Still rocking and everything was fantastic. All Tapas, Cocktails, Sashimi, Sushi, Noodle & Rice dishes were fantastic! A must in Toronto!
