   A beautiful setting at a wonderful Hotel. Staff was friendly and we had reservations and no waiting. It was nice to hear someone playing the guitar and some island sounds and a few others . Food was very good but also very expensive. It wasn’t the largest Sunday brunch setup we’ve ever seen nor the smallest but it was a bit below average on the options. Expect high prices well over $200 if you buy a drink and some coffee. Nice place but don’t think we would go again.

   Overall food, service and ambiance was very good. Eating out in the open area was special indeed as the weather was perfect that night. The ribeye steak was delicious and tender. Our waitress was very thoughtful and caring.

   From the general manager who seated us to our server Morgan & all the other staff it was amazing service. The only thing that topped it was the food. Hard to select because there are sooo many good things but what we had was to die for. Yummm. Jus a perfect place !!

    Delicious food - each of our meals were fabulous, especially the catch of the day Mahi Mahi on kale pesto, macadamia nuts, and coconut rice with veggies. The sushi was also fabulous, as was the service. We were celebrating my parents’ anniversary, and they brought out a “happy anniversary” in Hawaiian on the dessert without us having to ask. 10/10!

    Our waitress Kristyn was outstanding! Her enthusiasm and attentiveness were awesome. Our food was sooooo good: pork belly sliders excellent presentation and the risotto special with lobster was a winner. This was the best restaurant experience we had in Maui.

    Food was just OK. Neither the service, the food, nor the presentation were what one would expect from a five star hotel, and Ko was seriously below par especially when compared to neighboring competitors.

    We visited from the Grand Wailea hoping to have a romantic meal. This restaurant was highly recommended, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The ambience was a bit sterile, as in many high-throughput hotel dining establishments. The service was adequate, if not remarkable. Our food arrived within five minutes of being ordered. While the dishes seemed to have potential in their conception, everything was cold and hopelessly overcooked. Scallops were rubber, fish was dry and chalky, shrimp were like plastic, and steak was similarly overdone. It was clear than nothing was cooked to order, but had been plated 20-30 minutes earlier. I would strong discourage anyone who wants a fine dining experience from wasting their time, money, and expectations at Ko.

    Great service, Kristina was amazing all night and helped out with every detail and was on point with taking care of drinks and my wife. The staff here are constantly running around making sure every diner is satisfied and it is pleasurable to dine here. The food, I’ve definitely had better on the mainland but for what you get on an island like this, it’s not bad. My lobster was really tender and melted in my mouth but I wish the sauces were a larger portion, mainly the miso butter. My wife’s mahi mahi the daily catch fish with macadamia nuts was great but did not have enough fish for her. Finally the dessert, Ko Ko Puff was amazing to close it off and is a must. After we ordered jt, even Kristina said it’s her favorite and a must have.

    Everyone who works at the Fairmont is friendly and welcoming. There is a very happy vibe there among the employees that carries over to you as a guest. Our service and food were absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Luiz understood our need to eat gluten free and took very good care of us!

    Great service and dinner for our 35th. Started with our wonderful hostess Sylvia who sat us at the ‘premiere’ table, our server Morgan was amazing and made great recommendations, and the overall service and food was superb. Definitely recommend Ko!

    I’ll start with a positive. The hostess , waiter Andrew and server were great! Personable , professional and helpful ! We started with a lillikoi margarita for me and gin martini for my husband and both were quite good . The coconut curry soup was wonderful along with the banana bread dessert! But… our entrees were just ok which was very disappointing. My lobster tempura was mostly puffy dough and certainly not tempura like I’ve eaten in Japan. I had to peel away the dough to find lobster meat. Like I said disappointing. The special sea bass wrapped in lobster tail was not as described with a minuscule piece of lobster without much flavor . My husband too was very disappointed . Our favorite in the Fairmont is Nick’s for years and years and Ko’s sadly is nowhere close in quality of entree prep or taste! Sadly I don’t think we will be back .

    We went for the Sunday Brunch at Ko. The food was really good, especially the desserts. What really made the meal memorable was the indoor/outdoor location, our fantastic server Leanne and the amazing musician Levi. We will definitely go back.
