   We had reservations for 5 last night and the people who were seated with us had 6 adults and 4 kids and the all squeezed into 6 seats and squished my father. I couldn't believe they sat the party without them all being there. So we couldn't order until they showed up. No apologies no nothing. This was for my daughter graduation dinner and it was awful. Probably won't return.

   The only issue I had was the server who handles the drinks would pick up and set down all the glassware with his finger touching around the top of the glass vs grabbing the glass in the middle. Chef was outstanding and as always the food was very good.

   Overall, not satisfied with the whole experience. We’ve been to this location several times and it was great. Rice distribution was off, the 2 kids at the end table barely received any. And we didn’t order kids meals, this was $19.50 for each kid. Alcohol Drinks were half full, server didn’t come back to see if we wanted more drinks. Chicken was ordered by almost all and by the time he distributed chicken to the 2 end kids they each got 5 or 6 small pieces while everyone else had plenty. I did have to say something about the lack of chicken to the kids and they did go to the back to get more but I should have not had to ask. Unfortunately, our family loves Japanese steakhouses but we will chose a different one before heading back to any Kobe.

    Fun place for a birthday party! Service was attentive and special dietary needs were quickly accommodated, the chef was entertaining and engaging. Food was good, portions large, though heavy on both rice and noodles. Make reservations, and arrive on time! Parking a bit challenging.

    Food was yummy as always, chef was funny and entertaining--singing a lot of his jokes which were clever and punny--but we were RUSHED out of there. Reservation at 5, we were seated at 5:15 and our food was in boxes and bags at 6 p.m. sharp. No time to finish chewing or talk to each other because as soon as the chef left and our plates were full, waiter was back with boxes and was picking up plates to box them for you. Very disappointing. I would have ordered dessert or another drink if I was able to finish eating at my own pace. I've been here many times, and really planned on dinner being 1.5-2 hrs, not 45 minutes.

    One of the best Kobe’s experiences we’ve had! Service was awesome, food was incredible and perfectly prepared with the right amount of showmanship. Our party of 11 had a blast and couldn’t say enough about the great food and great time!!

    We eat there a lot but yesterday we felt so rushed to leave. We couldn’t really enjoy our conversations or our birthday-mother’s day celebration because we were rushed. It’s a shame because we love it there but we’ll probably go somewhere else next time.

    The chef didn’t give a great experience he rushed to cook and get done we were a party of 10 . No entertainment and Food was not that good . I’ve eating in other Kobe Steakhouses and atmosphere and food was better .. I will not be back to this location Not a Happy Customer

    Overall it was good, but it seems like they increased their prices and lowered their portions which is disappointing. My brother also asked for teriyaki on his chicken and the chef seemed upset about this simple request. I also only had 1 drink the entire time because our server disappeared, and ended up drinking water that someone in my party had because I was thirsty and hadn’t been attended in a while.

    Because there were many people waiting for tables, we were rushed to leave. Some guests at our party weren’t even finished eating when they were brought to go boxes and the check. Also, the chef didn’t do a lot of the things they usually do. He even came to the table to start before we even had soup or salad. We were there for a birthday and Mother’s Day and we spent $300 so was disappointing.

    We eat at Kobe all the time and love it. Unfortunately, this time, the chef overcooked the chicken and did not season anything very well at all. We will certainly come again, but I think there are some training issues here.

    Great food and service!! Worth the extra dollars to dine for an occasion. My only complaint is that we felt VERY rushed to leave (probably to get the next group in).

    We went here to celebrate graduation. We were seated at the exact time of our reservation despite a packed waiting area. The service was outstanding and I can honestly say this was the best food I’ve had at this type of restaurant. I was very happy with our experience here and would definitely go back.

    Everything was great as per usual. I told the waitress and the chef that I have food allergies and they did not tell me that the sauce used for the chicken has one of the allergens in it that I am highly allergic to. Thankfully I did not have a reaction until the end of my meal and was able to take medication and leave quickly. But the whole point of them asking about allergies is so you can avoid a reaction which was not accommodated by them. I am very disappointed and very scared to go out there to eat again.

    Tiger was our server. Service was excellent as was the food, except the chicken was overcooked. We sat at a table for the first time instead of at the hibachi grill. Loved it!
