KOI-Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino
Koi is my favorite local restaurant. However, the food was not up to par. It was good, but not as good as normal. Our favorite is the tempura roll appetizer. It was good, but not as good as usual. It was different?
I was visualizing a Vodka, orange juice and cranberry. We were told, due to scheduling they were not allowed to serve mixed drinks. Just wine and beer? That was bizarre. Knowing you can’t bring drinks in from the other bars, that was terrible.
It took over half an hour for the food to arrived and the sever was terrible and NOT attentive
A lovely spot to dine in Niagara! They provide a wide variety of choices from noodle bowls to sushi to typical Chinese food. We had excellent service.
Service and food were excellent!! Enjoyed dinner very much!!
I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time now. It would be nice for them to offer specials and or change the menu. It is always the same menu. The food is great, but I want to see what else the chef can make.
My sisters and I went to Koi for dinner over the past weekend. It was our second visit to Koi and we were all very excited to return. The restaurant is beautiful and has ample seating. We ordered an appetizer - the spider roll - and for dinner we all split an order of the vegetarian spring rolls, general tsao's chicken, pork fried rice and lo mein. All of the food was prepared perfectly, served hot and portions were large. Our waitress was Sue, I believe, and she was wonderful. We all had a really nice time, sitting and talking, and enjoyed all of the food. Cannot wait to return!!!!!
My husband and I went Saturday night and everything was excellent. We chose several appetizers as our dinner and liked all of them. Especially like Shumai and Spring Rolls. Made reservations for Sunday night thinking we would have your Sunday night special. Unfortunately, our reservstions were for 8:00pm. The special was only til 7:00pm. We had seversl appetizers again and also had won ton soups. I had the sea food one. My husband had the regular one. We both loved them. It was really noisy on Sunday night. They had seated 4 Asian families with many children at the front entrance. They were all very loud. A couple of ladies next to us asked to be moved to another table. We stayed where we were seated, but I think it would have been better if those families were seated to the very back of the restaurant, not the front entrance. Their voices just carried right through the whole restaurant. I am sure you have heard this complaint from others that were there on Sunday night.
My wife and I were graciously greeted, seated and served. The menu is well planned and diverse. The service was was quick, but we were not rushed. Our food was beautifully presented in an appropriate portion.
We were anxious to return to Koi after an excellent dining experience several years ago. We live out of state so we were looking forward to being in the Niagara Falls area again to sample Koi. The service and the ambience were as we remembered--very good. The food, however was very disappointing. The barbeque pork was overcooked, dried out, and very tough! The lomein was very greasy and bland. The Hong Kong wonton soup was at best average--the shrimp and scallops were tough. Other than the excellent spring rolls which were crispy and fresh tasting everything else tasted like three day old leftovers. We will not return.
Food and ambiance was excellent. Service was alright. I had selected this dining place as a surprise for my wife's birthday. The server / restaurant , unfortunately did not do anything special to end the beautiful dining experience which missed the 4 / 5 star rating. The hostess , however apologized at the time we were leaving and offered a takeaway cake slice. The impact and experience would have been awesome had it been looked into at the end of our meal.
My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed our dinner at Koi. We ordered Won Ton soup which is the best anywhere, the Salmon sushi was awesome, very fresh and the Triple Seafood Deluxe which included lobster, scallops, shrimp and vegetables in a delicious sauce with rice was very good also. I will be ordering that again next time I have dinner there. Our server Elena was very attentive and gave us excellent service. We finished off our dinner with the green tea ice cream. It was creamy and delicious!
Food was very good and dont forget to try the deep fried cheesecake
Excellent, pleasant servers, a real value for your $$
I"ve eaten here many times and always loved the place. My last visit, Nov 15, 2019, the food was not very tasty: chicken was not tender, seemed like fewer veggies, and it was simply bland. Might stay away for awhile, perhaps trying another dining option.
Food was pretty good - I thought the dishes on the menu were not well described. Overall, pretty good flavour.
Excellent service from Sue. Food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
Great service and food
Very nice place
Can’t wait to go back
Food is always excellent, service is sometimes slow. This time service was pretty good.
Awesome in every way...food, atmosphere, service. Simply perfect! Amazing value for the $$$ too!
We love this restaurant, and look forward to going back soon. I highly recommend the Crispy Noodle dish!
Food wasnt like I remember it. Sub par for casino venue
Always excellent food! Recommend trying if you're at Seneca Niagara.
Always outstanding. We have been going there for years. Never a bad meal.
Food is average nothing to write home about or tell people about. Checked in for our reservation took a half hour to get a table, food didn’t come out all at once
Truly amazing quality of Asian-fusion food. Massive portions and at very reasonable prices. Service is also excellent!!!
My husband and I enjoy eating at the Koi. The food always is fresh and flavorful. Although Sept 1 the service was a little off as they were preparing for a busy evening. So in preparation, the server brought the bill and takeout containers to our table half way through our meal. Which was disappointing, even though she kept saying "no rush,no rush."
Overall, our favourite place to eat at the Seneca casino.
We love having Nang serve us. She provides personal attentive service.
Always enjoy the meals at Koi. Fresh products and a great change from the norm
Food has been much better in the past, usually order the same items but were just ok this time. If we didn't use our dining credit and points the cost of this meal would have been outrageous. Most other times we visit the buffet, but that has changed over time also, just not as enjoyable.
Great service, excellent food
One of the best among the worst
We frequent Koi
We have never had a bad experience
Food was fantastic! I will definitely be dining at Koi again
We go to the Koi at least twice a month. I have never had a bad meal! The food is delicious and well priced. The wait staff is always friendly! Recommend highly.
Excellent food, portions and service. We will be back next month, since there are so many delectable items on the menu.
Many thanks for an outstanding dining experience.
Our favorite restaurant
The food and service is always the best
My husband and I eat at koi every time we come to the casino. We just love the quality/quantity of food and price point. The service is always amazing. I usually receive service from Sue or Nang and these ladies are fantastic and a lot of fun.
Our favorite restaurant at Seneca Niagara. Comfortable ambiance, timely serving and delicious food. Our favorite dish is the signature Koi roll and our favorite waitress is Suraphee (sp), although others are just as good
Tables for 2 are too long to hear the person you are with. Do not like being seated in front where people wait and gaulk at your food.
Always an awesome experience and awesome food. Sue (not sure of spelling) was enjoyable as always.
From the hostess to the wait staff, every one was very polite and friendly.
