   Great eggs. Vegetable hash nothing more than a little bit of potato bits and sweet potato bits. Coffee was not from Kona. More like Guatemala. Expensive for what you get.

   The service was great,Robbie is a very good server. Beyond that??? A $14.00 drink the had a three shot capacity glass, the chicken sandwich was tough and dry and Wendy’s Fries are much better. Probably will not be back. IMO.

   Great atmosphere but inadequate staffed as well as supplied. Took a long time to order and get food. Some came out 10 minutes after others in party got theirs. On Mother’s Day they were out of steak and the taps on all draft beers didn’t work.

   I couldn’t wait to eat at Kona Craft Kitchen after reading reviews and articles about the restaurant. It certainly did not disappoint. I made reservations for brunch on Saturday. We did arrive a little early and they were able to accommodate us. The restaurant is bright and cheery. The owner, Frank, was walking around greeting the customers. Our server, Julie, was helpful with recommendations. Our food was served promptly and was delicious. I want to also comment on the restrooms. The waste basket near the door, quality of the soap and paper towels were above and beyond. It’s all in the details. Kona Craft Kitchen is all about the details. The service was great, the food was delicious, the coffee was outstanding. I can’t wait to go back for dinner. I would highly recommend Kona Craft Kitchen.

    Hanger steak was pretty tough (although the sauce and rest of the meal was good!). Slow service at first, no water refills but other than that a good experience. The craft cocktails can’t be beat!

    The area i sat in off the main room was pleasantly chill; not a lot of noise. The food and service was spectacular. Shout out to my server Laruen for being attentive and communicative with our table, despite having a large 15+ party to attend to. Well managed, for sure. Overall, it was a great date night and we both left satisfied in our experience. Thanks Kona!

    Very cute place. I would recommend more for coffee/brunch or cocktails. Not a great dinner menu and food and service were so so.

    We went on a Wednesday at 8:15 am to avoid the crowd. This worked. We were greeted abd seated right away. It took about 10 min to have our server come. We got our hot drink 5min later. We ordered eggs and the french bread, nothing out of the ordinary. The food came almost 30min later! Even though the place was not busy at all. The food was kind of cold and the potatoes not well cooked. Coffee is good but no re-fills because ‘it is a fancy coffee’ quoting the words of our server.

    Short menu which I appreciate not to have to spend a lot of time trying to decide what to order. There is something for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely visit again soon as will try for diner as we had lunch. Try the graham cracker calamari and you will be surprised! Bridge Park is growing as new destinations are locating there.

    Asked for burger to be gluten free and came out with gluten in it..so had to wait…calamari was over cooked..napkin when seated was dirty..waitress was ok…but nothing too impressive.

I completely understand, we know how many people are gluten intolerant. Our calamari is amazing and I am sorry if it came out overcooked, it is coated with a graham cracker crust so it can appear darker than normal. I do hope our staff got you a new dish to try? As for the napkin, I will look into this and also let the company know that handles this portion of the business for us.

    First time dining at Kona. Lovely place! Beautifully decorated. Bright, comfortable. Everything feels fresh. Even the food was pretty. It is a place to go for a coffee date, drinks with friends, a good place for a first date or a quiet evening to catch up with your spouse. There were families there with small kids too. The service is wonderful and the hostess (and hostess in training were friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect evening with my husband. We will be back.

    Poor first impression by our server. We told him we had never been to Kona and he completely blew off that comment and the opportunity to sell the best/ his favorite dishes. The calamari we ordered came out before our drinks, and was not appetizing in any manner. The rings were over cooked and rubbery with no flavor. When my fiancé proceeded to try and order a coffee our waiter was also very dismissive. At that point we just asked for our checks and proceeded to go to another restaurant down the street. Will not recommend this restaurant to any of Our friends.

    The restaurant is cute, our waiter was nice. Took a long time to get our dinner order in, longer to get our dinner order out, and we had to catch our waiter walking by to ask for drinks to be refilled every time. Hamburgers and salads with salmon very good, bourbon half chicken not roasted, with very pale looking skin, undercooked dark meat and overcooked white meat and sauce just poured over before serving which was unappetizing looking. We might give it another try, and just not order the chicken, but the jury is still out on visiting this restaurant again.

    I was really looking forward to the lamb - it was well done, tasted like a beef roast, which I hate. My husband wanted dinner, but the website didn't say it was a limited menu of only brunch or the Easter specials. My bloody mary tasted like tomato juice I will not be back

    First (and definitely not last!) visit to Kona. It was a wonderful experience, from the delicious Bloody Mary to the mouth watering breakfast burrito!     the service was slow and the food was okay, but not worth the price. the menu is fairly limited so it would seem they could do a better job with the items that they do have. I don't see us going again.

    First visit and we were wow!ed. We tried a few small plates, a salad and an entrée. We had the mussels, the carrots, the salmon poke, the watermelon salad and the scallops. Each dish was fantastic - flavorful, beautifully presented, fresh and complex flavor combinations. Our server was helpful and incredibly welcoming. The bar/events manager came to our table to discuss bourbon with my partner. Our experience was fantastic beginning to end! We can't wait to return.

    Great service. Menu is not great. Small portions and is way overpriced! Husband had the scallops (3) on a bed of rice and back beans which are inexpensive $33 basically for 3 scallops. Didn’t realize there is a tax from Bridge Park added to the bill.

We realized after your review we made an error on the amount of scallops for this dish. We have since corrected this on the recipe for our cooks moving forward. To clarify, there is a tax for Bridge Park that is required to be collected and displayed. Every restaurant in Bridge Park has to collect this, we choose to be transparent.
