La comida es rica pero no espectacular, esperaba más. Probamos los esquites, el chicharrón de pulpo, la pesca y los camarones. Los esquites no los pidan no valen la pena, el chicharrón rico pero nada fuera de lo común, la pesca no sabía a nada, tenía un sabor muy plano y los camarones si son un must! Estaban deliciosos así como el postre de miel. El servicio estaba bien, eran amables todos pero siento que les faltaban detalles. El lugar es muy lindo, la ambientación también, en general la experiencia es buena pero no es un imperdible.

Great food and decoration, but the service was not great. It was like the servers didn’t want us to be. When you go a restaurant like the quality of Kuuk, I tend to expect good food but also a great experience. It was very unfortunate because I picked this place to celebrate my birthday with my family, and we didn’t feel very welcome.

Don’t go! My friend and I got sick from the food we had there, if you decide to go I highly suggest to have Imodium at hand. Besides that service is terrible! Do yourself a favor and go to Casa Yucatán you will have amazing food, delicious drinks and excellent service.

The colonial home is beautifully restored. The music is wonderful. The service is excellent. The food is fine but you can purchase this kind of food any restaurant. There is a big disconnect between the beauty of the place and the quality of the food. Other small details. Let you know that who won this place I’ve really not maximize its potential. For example, the menu is faded. You can barely read the items. The service staff was fantastic

This has become my 'go to' for any special occasion dinner. The staff and chef always deliver and I find it the perfect fit of Yucatacan cuisine and creativity with local ingredients. The restaurant space, which is an older Colonial home that has been transformed into a dining mecca, is simply lovely. I have yet to enjoy the bar there, but plan to on my next trip.

This restaurant surpasses any other in Merida if you are looking for fine dining, originality, and service. It was a very nice and pleasant experience. No wonder they have been over 12 years maintaining the same quality and service. My husband and I were there twice in four days in Merida. The first time we ordered a la carte and the 2nd time we had the degustation menu. If you have to choose, please don't miss the degustation menu, it is quite different from other places in the world, very Mexican and unique

The food was very good. It is mostly Yucatan cuisine but prepared and presented in an elevated way. We ordered off of the a la carte menu rather than getting the tasting menu. The appetizers were excellent and well presented, the entrees were good portions and delicious. Service was excellent and friendly from time we were greeted at the door to the time we left. Beautiful setting and a great place to go for a special occasion (we went for our anniversary). The food prices were reasonable, and the wine selection was large and varied, but appeared to be aggressively priced. We will certainly go again, and we had a very enjoyable experience.

Comida sobresaliente, platos muy originales, pero 21 platos en el menu degustacion son demasiado! Seria muy bien con 15 (y nuestra preferencia iba mas por los primeros platos - no se necesitaba tantos platos de carne o postres)! Pero por el resto, nada que decir, todo quedo estupendo, y las presentaciones se los platos de los mejores que jamas hemos visto.

Los plato muy ricos, bien preparados y sorprenden en cada bocado. Segunda vez que vamos y ordenamos algunos de los mismos platos, siendo super consistentes con la preparación. La atención fue mas bien mala, esperando mucho para ordenar, errores en la cuenta. Los cocteles muy caros, muy por sobre lo que puedes encontrar en cualquier bar, que por lo demás no está bien detallado en la carta. En particular me refiero a las margaritas, tienen el valor de la margarita sin alcohol ($190) y la margarita cadillac ($360 o al por ahí). Pero la margarita tradicional no tiene el precio visible y te sorprendes con que te cobran $290 por cada una.

me encantó la experiencia. no es la primera vez que estoy en Kuuk. sin embargo en esta ocasión no me gustó el menú! siempre que voy a Kuuk ordeno el menú de tiempos con maridaje. el precio pues es de acuerdo a los alimentos, pero el menú y presentación de esta ocasión para mi gusto no fue para el nivel de la cocina Kuuk. si estaba sabroso, pero si quiero comer comida comercial de la calle me voy a una fondita o a un puesto del mercado y no pago el precio de Kuuk. creanme que SÍ desayuné en el mercado como siempre lo hago cuando voy a Merida y a otras ciudades. Pero cuando voy a Kuuk espero unos alimentos y presentasión del nivel KUUK. Gracias por haber quitado las manitas que servían los esquites, esos me daban miedo, gracias!!!! SI regresaré a Kuuk, espero el menú de tiempos ya haya cambiado para mi regreso.

Me encanta este restaurante, he ido varias veces. El servicio y comida excelente, pero esta ocasión no me dejaron pagar con mi tarjeta y me pidieron una transferencia, y al final me enteré que a la Otra mesa le dijeron lo mismo pero se molestó y entonces lo dejaron pagar con su tarjeta!! Qué pasa?
