   Nous étions au bar ! Très bon service. La nourriture excellente. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas dépenser c’est un peu cher. Nous on a apprécier et le vin CA orange toujours un incontournable.

   Excellent as usual fo everything except for the “a little too excessive” noise. It was super crowded and of course the level of noise was really high. Usually it’s not like that. We enjoyed it anyway but we left earlier than we would have chosen if it had been otherwise

    Le serveur que nous avions habituellement est excellent, mais nous n’avions, cette fois ci, pas sa section.. Il s’occupe des deux rangées centrale du restaurant (devant le bar). Malheureusement, notre nouveau serveur était extrêmement bête et pas sympathique. L’hôtesse était bête comme ses pieds et n’avait pas envie d’être là. Il aurait été plus poli pour les autres clients de ne pas mettre un groupe de 30 personnes extrêmement bruillant en plein milieux du restaurant. La cuisine est toujours aussi impeccable, bon prix pour le Vieux Port. Nous étions des habitués, mais nous ne reviendrons pas. Dommage pour la cuisine qui travail fort.

    Competency reigns at Kyo Bar Japonais. The experience was wonderful, made so by the efforts of the extremely cohesive team at Kyo. The synergy from the staff permeated to the whole environment, and the evening was filled with a joyous buzz and lipsmackingly good food. A very special thanks to Emma and Alyssa for making my birthday a very memorable night! A special shoutout to Emma because she kept the entire house socially lubricated and did a fabulous job in doing it in a timely manner. 6/5 stars because your hard work cannot be put within a scale - it will always exceed it. Thank you.

    Great experience and the service was phenomenal. Our waiter Jeff was superb and made the evening memorable. The food was delicious, but maybe a bit overpriced. However, everywhere is expensive these days. The restaurant itself was beautiful and the ambiance really helped make it feel special.

    Food is great, service was a bit slow but it was busy. Noise levels were high but it would be expected on a Sunday Night and with sake bombs on the menu. Will be going back!

    Service was decent. Food a little less so, udon dish was underwhelming but the chicken wings were enjoyable. Eggplant dish was incredible this should always be on the menu!

    Could only book a high-top table but fortunately, we were given an actual table, so we were off to a good start. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was very fresh and tasty. Weren't crazy on the dessert options, but we went for sushi, so that was fine. Going back in two weeks. Recommended.

    We had a wonderful experience at Kyo on a Monday night. Only made our reservations a couple hours beforehand and only option was at the bar (for 2). But it turned out to be excellent option - bartender was very social and entertaining. Learned a few new cocktail recipes in the process. If the doughnuts are still on menu for dessert when you go - they’re a must!

    The restaurant is beautiful. Nice decoration and all but: -Bad service. -Horrible cocktails. -Food was lacking taste. - Sushi was not fresh. -1st time I see wasabi and ginger this dry and old. Worst Japanese food I've ever had.
