Excellent! Sat at the bar and got excellent recommendations from Sasha. Oysters, raw scallops, sweet breads, lamb, desserts, cocktails- all delicious. Coming back for sure.

Definetly not worth the money. Expecting a lot better considering all the hype. Veal tenderloin was ridiculously priced. $42 for the smallest piece of meat I’ve ever seen and no side. A joke!!

The food is amazing not too sophisticated with real good products, Robert, the sommelier is very professional and knows his wines so well. It was my birthday and they surprised us with a glass of sparkling wine, what a delicate attention !

Superb food, we had the Carte Blanche menu and loved all of the courses that were selected for us. Great wine, great decor and great service too.

It was good. Not great, but good.

Food was just the right amount, and had incredible flavour. The pretzel bread was a perfect start and alternative to regular bread. Price point was very reasonable, with a variety of food choices and an excellent pairing of wine. Overall great experience. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday special.

Absolute 5 stars! Enjoyed our Anniversary date with their seafood plateau and wine to pair with. What’s not to love? Amazing service from the servers and food quality is just spot on. Definitely coming back!

Service was excellent and very kind. The tuna and shrimp were divine, the best in the world. The fried chicken was a bit too heavy. The potatoes that accompanied the steak tartar were too dry, like wood chips. Come for the seafood in particular; that's where they shine.

I’d been wanting to go since the reviews and instagram pics started coming up regularly on my screen. It more than lived up to the hype: excellent service, wonderful cocktails, great food especially the seafood tower and the roasted beets side. A wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary. we will be back—and not just for a special occasion.

As usual, my experience at La Banane was flawless. The food is always delicious and well prepared. The service also matches the quality of their food, and drinks.

It was our second time there and again exceeded our expectation, wow excellent to the point of negatively impacting other restaurant experiences, they just won’t measure up!

The food was quite good. Loved the eurobass, and the tenderloin was phenomenal. The eurobass, though great, was a bit too salty.

My family and I were visiting from NYC and I learned about this place from a Condé Nast article. It was my mom’s bday and I am more than happy to have dined at La Banane. The restaurant is very sleek, the menu not large but everything is carefully crafted and delicious. There are local beers from Toronto, wine selection was good too. I would definitely recommend this place, service was wonderful and the little bday cake for my mom was very nice. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!

We will most definitely be back—in fact, we already made our next reservation. The food and service was exceptional.

Amazing food and service!!! A complete gourmet experience with like-minded people :)

Our server told us that the Eurobass was their signature dish and we found it to be outstanding-in fact one of the finest seafood dishes I have had in a long time. Asparagus appetizer and chocolate with shortbread crumbs dessert were also very fine.

Fantastic restaurant - great seafood, ambiance and service

Beautiful evening. So delicious. The omelette was a taste I have never experienced before and I highly recommend it even though one doesn’t expect to be ordering that for dinner. I loved the ambience here.
