Overall it was good! Good customer service! They were able to accommodate for the seats we wanted in a section less noisy. The size of the appetizers were very small. Too small to share but we made it work… The meal portions on the other hand, very generous! I would go back!

Sorry but I have to say that over priced $$$$ For burgers that over cooked and No seasoning at all.. Philly burgers what and insult to the name. Mrs.PAC Man burgers mac and cheese dry because was frozen product .. Like all's chain restaurants everything is frozen or already cooked and sous vide.. That's was the last time we eat their........

I know it’s a burger place, but whatever is offered in the menu should be good. I had the duo tartar and it was the worst. The salmon tasted like as if it stayed in the freezer for over a year and the beef was just blah.The drinks were really good tho and dessert too. If you want a burger must be the place to go

Impossible de prendre son temps pour savourer chaque étape du repas. Le serveur vous rush pour chaque étape. Nous venions de recevoir notre entrée et nos repas principaux sont arrivés 3minutes après. Vous imaginez que j’ai mangé mon repas principal froid. Leur but est de passer le maximum de client. Très très bruyant même s’il est tout de même tôt dans la soirée.

We had a reservation for 6:30, yet at 6:17 I received an email from open table, "thank you for dining with us". The restaurant gave away our reservation before we even got there. The waitress was lacking customer service skills. The food was good and great ambiance in the bar section.

The waiter was very rude he took the drink off the table without even asking if was finished and it wasn’t finished and when we confronted him he said it was finished “there was only ice left”

Nous sommes allés un vendredi soir pour la fête de mon garçon, avec la musique et le DJ live c'est très festif, mais aussi très bruyant, difficile de parler avec les gens à la table... la bouffe est toujours délicieuse, les burgers, tartares, mac and cheese. Beau choix de cocktails originaux, nous adorons ce resto!

Bon service et bouffe décente, mais très très bruyant comme restaurant(et je suis un habitué de ce genre d'établissement). Je ne m'attends pas à une ambiance feutrée bien sur, mais là le bruit est bien au delà d'une ambiance de pub. Il fallait littéralement crier pour s'entendre (nous étions 2) et ils ont encore monté le son de la musique vers 20h-20h30. Plutôt que de prendre une autre consommation, nous sommes partis.

Only thing was we didn’t get seated at the time our reservation was. We were seated almost 20-30 minutes after. But it was very busy so I understand that! Food was amazing our server was amazing drinks were amazing too all amazing

J'avais réservé une table basse avec des chaises, comme le formulaire en proposait. Cependant, en arrivant sur place, ce fût une table haute avec tabouret. Ayant des gens de la cinquantaine et plus, l'usage de ses chaises n'étaient pas des plus adéquates.

la dame au téléphone assure que les matchs UFC seront diffusés sur les écrans, puis quand on arrive nous dit que finalement ils ne le seront pas. Nous avons fait toute la route pour rien et avons du quitter.

Exaltant service Rapide pour la quantité de personnes à servir, ont viens vous voir à quelques reprises pour s'assurer que tout est beau Bonne ambiance Des écrans dans toutes les directions Musique un peu trop forte pour discuter en groupe. Used to love the burgers there but after returning for the first time post-pandemic something felt very different. The taste was off, no grill flavour, and it came with a soggy sauce and melted yellow cheese ( probably like the Kraft slices). The fries were of the frozen quality just heated and served. The burgers were literally served 10 minutes after placing our order. You have to wonder wether if the burgers were pre-prepared and simply microwaved. Certainly felt that way. The cost of a single burger/ fries meal - $25. A little pricey for poor quality. Service was great and with a smile. The waitress also spoke english which was a pleasant surprise. Sorry to say I will not return to La B et B as there are other much better burger joints in Montreal.
