    Nous sommes parti au bout d'1h30 sans avoir pu manger. Serveuse dépassée, mauvaise organisation, l'eau demandé n'est jamais arrivé, des gens qui crie et hurle après les écrans, diffusion aléatoire et mal gérée aussi.. une soirée désagréable et du temps perdue.

    Been to this restaurant many times but it was our first time at the St-Sauveur location. It took more than 2 hours to get our food and when it finally arrived, all our food was cold. In that 2 hours, we only had one glass of water and we were charged for drinks we never received. However, the server was very polite and explained that they were under staffed.

    Service was reslly slow, took 1h30 to get lunch and their was a 10 minutes gap between the first person serve and the lat one, we were 6 peoples.

    It took over 20 minutes for someone to come see us at out table. We were then immediately told by the waitress that she had a group of 26 people she was serving, which made us feel less important because we were only 2 people. We ordered drinks and an entree, drinks took 20 minutes and the entree was not even ordered. When I asked about it I was rudely told that we had not ordered any food. Drinks were brought in pitchers instead of "fish bowl" style glasses and we were told there was no clean glasses. The food was excellent but service was subpar. Thankfully we were not in a rush otherwise we would have left before ordering our main course.

    La première fois que j'y suis allée, la musique n'était pas si forte. Nourriture et service parfaits, mais incapables de se parler tellement la musique était forte dans la salle à manger en plus d'un enfant d'environ 2 ans qui a crié durant tout le repas sans intervention des parents ou du personnel. Désolée, mais nous n'y retournerons pas.

    Great food, great ambiance. We asked for the music volume to be lower so we could talk to each other and not have the kids screaming at each other. All staff were friendly and accommodating. A little slow to get out food to the table, but worth the wait.

    Menu had lots of options for food and drinks. The burgers were so delicious, the Montreal smoked meat poutine was to die for and the sangria was refreshing. The atmosphere was amazing; we sat on the patio and had great service. The bathrooms were a special highlight for sure! Would recommend for families as well.

    Nous avons passé une excellente soirée chez La Belle et La Boeuf! Nos burgers étaient vraiment très bons, et le service exceptionnel (merci Cedric!). Je dois manger sans gluten, et la cuisine a remplacé mon pain burger par un (excellent!) pain sans gluten et les frites par une salade. Nous reviendrons surement!

    J’ai adorer mon expérience chez La belle et la boeuf, comme à chaque fois que j’y vais! La musique est bonne, les gens sont toujours sympathiques, la bouffe et l’alcool sont délicieux.

    I order the Poke Bowl with Chicken. Cloe our server was excellent however I was disappointed with the Poke Bowl. The menu clearly indicates that the rice is supposed to be sticky rice but what I got was regular rice. I informed Cloe and she said she would inform the kitchen. Would have been nice for the manager or Cloe to come back to me and provide an explanation, an apology or even a small discount. Obviously that did not happen.

    Réservation à 18h15pm arrivée à 18hr: nous avons reçu nos mets à 20h30pm. A 20h00pm arès que l'un de nous ait été se plaindre, la gérante ou autre nous avise qu'il y a 1hr minimum d'attente à cause des pannes électriques de Montréal, bizzarre ici dans les Laurentides nous navons pas eu de panne, bien beau mais ça fait 2hr que nous attendons! Elle nous propose des shooters, nous declinons car nous avions faim et pas soif. Bref! C'était bon mais sans plus.

    Reserved. Asked for a booth but was not given one. Table was sat beside us 20 minutes after us and received their food 15 minutes before us, even though they received appetizers as well. My burger was overdone and seemed to have been sitting on the counter before coming to me. The alcoholic drinks were expensive but very good.

    La nourriture est très bonne. Le prix est quand même abordable. Le service est très bien , compte tenu de la manque de main d’oeuvre . Mais malheureusement la MUSIQUE est BEAUCOUP trop forte , c’est déplorable a être toujours en train de crier au lieu de parler .

    Service lent et pas dans le bonne ordre (entré servie en meme temps que le plat) Tartar de boeuf sans gout et craquelins moues. Ognon ring molle et graisseusent. Mini burger servi sans garniture!!! Tres ordinaire dans un burger bar. Mini pogo maison très ordinaire voir meme decevant.Poutine au boeuf haché sans commentaire… Les ailes de poulet étaient bonnes.

    Beau resto. On a aimé le fait qu'il y ait des jeux de société, ça a rendu l'attente plus ludique avec notre fils. Super service, plats généreux. La sangria était bien ordinaire et les burgers étrangement pas salés mais rien a dire pour le reste. Nous y retournerons
