Opened in the Hiro area in 1993, La Bisboccia is modeled on the finest of Italian eateries. The bar of the entryway gives way to a high Italian-style ceiling in the main dining room, which features an authentic charcoal kiln. Customers can choose between counter seating next to the open kitchen, where they can watch the talented chefs in action, or the restaurant's luxurious Salone room, which is perfect for private dining and other special events. La Bisboccia’s focus is on "Italian foods centered around Rome" and the kitchen staff take pride in their traditional offerings. In 1998, the restaurant was certified by the Italian government as one of very few "True Italian Restaurants Outside of Italy" and thanks to this designation, it hosts a number of Italian dignitaries to this day.

初めてのレストランで、オーダーのタイミングとか心配でしたが、イタリア人.・日本人スタッフ皆フレンドリーで頼もしかったです。メニューにない本日の材料も丹念に説明していただけたり。コースは無くアラカルトだけですが、とても美味しくいただけました。娘も喜んでいました。ハーフの長身の男性スタッフさん、ありがとうございました。

テーブル担当の方がとても丁寧で、オススメも丁寧に説明してくださり、食べたいものをお伝えすると人数に応じた量を臨機応変に提案してくださいました。お料理も美味しく、まるでイタリアでお食事をしているようでした。お料理にボリュームがありますので、大人数で訪れるといろいろと楽しめて良いかと思います。ただ、他のお客様であまりマナーの良くないグループがいらっしゃったのが少し残念でした。以前は小さな子供はNGだったかと思いますが、今は曜日によって小学生も可能、定期的にベビーデイもあるので幅広いシーンで利用できると思います。

家族で良く伺います。皆でシェアしながら料理を楽しみますが、こちらの腹具合を勘案して、各プレートの量を上手く調整してくれるので、助かります。お店の雰囲気も活気があって、お客さんもスタッフも皆、楽しそうで良い感じです。

会社の同僚達と4名でディナーでお伺いしました。コース料理は予約せず、本日のお勧め食材、定番料理からその日に食べたいと思ったものをチョイスしましたが、どれも本当にボーノでした。特にパッパルデッレの手長海老ソースのパスタが絶品でお勧めです。10名以上の大人数のグループの方や、接待かな、という感じの方々、デートかな、という感じの他のお客様で埋め尽くされていて、カジュアルに楽しめる笑顔溢れる空間でした。そんな中だったので、スタッフの方々もクルクルと働いていらっしゃいました。他の大人数のグループの接客に忙しそうではありましたが、気は常に配って頂いている雰囲気は感じました。自分のタイミングですぐに反応して来て欲しい方には、不向きかもしれません。合図を送ってから他のテーブルのサーブ後まで来てくださるのを待てるタイプの方々には全く問題はなく、接客態度も丁寧でした。デザートの種類も豊富で、タルト、ケーキ各種、ティラミス、パンナコッタ、その他諸々の現物の説明を受けながら選ぶ事ができ、皆でバラバラに頼んで食べ比べたりしましたが、どれもこれも美味しく、あ～これは～普通かな、というハズレはありませんでした。アラカルト、パスタ、リゾット、魚料理(本日のお勧め魚をアクアパッツァで)、ワイン(ボトル1本+1グラス)、デザートと食後のコーヒー(お肉料理なし)で、お腹いっぱいになりました。だいたい一人当たりのお値段は10000程で済み、想定より安くすんだのも良かったです。お店の雰囲気、接客、料金も含め、全員大満足の楽しい時間を過ごせました！美味しいイタリアンを楽しく食べたい、と言う気持ちが満たされるお店で、同僚達にも喜んで貰えて嬉しかったです。また、是非利用したいと思います。

８人で利用しました。お店から前日、電話があり、料理についての確認と提案がありました。そのため当日は料理の間合いもよく、ワインのオーダーも予算を聞きながら、テーブル担当者が手際よく対応してくれたので、滞りなく会食を進めることができて、全員、楽しい時間を過ごせました。担当者の方には、こちらが都度、指示を出さなくても、誰に確認すればいいのか、どういうことを求めているのかを判断して対応して頂いたと感じられました。

Excellent food and service as always. Going to a nice restaurant on Christmas in Tokyo generally means a full house however. Tables are fairly close together in some areas, which detracts from the ambiance; we could have easily participated in two separate tables’ conversation.

Best Italian restaurant around Nishiazabu area. Foods are excellent and good service. You can use this restaurant for anniversary and also business dinner. There is no coin parking space after restaurant opening time and not easy access from Hiroo station. I recommend use taxi.

娘の誕生日の食事で訪問。いつも賑やかで元気になれるレストラン。季節の食材も取り入れられており、雷鳥のパスタや、栗のリゾット・白トリュフスライス掛け、ステーキの付け合わせでポルチーニ茸のソテー等をオーダー。食事はどれもおいしく満足。おなかの具合に合わせ、量も加減してくれる。メニューにない食材の値段を都度確認するのも面倒なので、それも価格表を作っておいてもらえたら嬉しい。

10年振りに行ったが、当時の店とは違う店ではないかと思うほどサービスの質が下がっいて、がっかりした。席が空いているにもかかわらず、通路の脇の狭いスペースの席に案内され、また、オーダーをお願いしても、しばらくほっておかれ、折角の食事が台無しとなった。料理の味は満足いくものだったが、サービスレベルがそれを台無しにするもので、非常に残念だった。

Always a wonderful meal! This is one of those places that you keep coming back to because the food is so good. And, the menu is varied so everyone can get what they want. After splitting the Caprese Salad and shrimp scampi, my husband enjoyed one of the pasta specialties and I enjoyed a the sausage specialty. We typically get their Parmesan risotto - truly a treat - but wanted to try something different.

だいぶ昔から何度か利用していますが、今回はサービスレベルが今までで最低でした。新人スタッフが有り得ない程料理やワインの説明が出来ず、それをフォローするスタッフも居ない。美味しそうに説明出来ていないので、お料理への期待やテンションあがらず。。。外食はよくしますが、都内の普通のイタリアンレベルでもこんなスタッフに出会った事はありません。新人さんだからダメなんではなく教育レベルの問題と感じます。ビスボッチャの本格的なお料理や、イタリアの雰囲気を連れて行ったものに体験させてあげたくお邪魔しましたが、当分は次の来店は控えようと思います。口コミでこの様な事を書くことは控えるつもりでしたが、改善されていいお店に戻ってもらいたいので書かせて頂きました。是非どのスタッフがテーブルの担当になっても同じだように楽しめるお店になって欲しいです。

家族の誕生日や結婚記念日などでいつも利用しています。かしこまった雰囲気でもなくカジュアルな感じで気楽に食事を楽しめます。ハウスワインでも侮れないものが出てきます。現物を見せながらの食材と調理の説明があり、相談しながらメニューを決められるのも楽しみです。今回はポルチーニ茸が絶品でした。4ヵ月後の次回も楽しみです。

Really good traditional Italian food in a very traditional Italian setting. Fresh ingredients, nice preparation and nicely flavoured. A really good dining experience. The only criticism: our server was a very nice young man, but he wasn’t particularly good at his job. We had to find our own bread plates and olive oil because he was running around and not making any eye contact, and we were ‘forgotten’ for long stretches a few times. But the food itself was really good and the setting was very nice, and we’ll be back.

最初の本日の食材の説明で、ワゴンに持ってきて説明するのだが、うちらには魚をもってこなかった。口頭であとは魚があります。だって。隣りの客にはちゃんと持ってきて、説明してた。お客によって提供する説明がバラバラ。手抜きしてるのがわかる。残念な店

流石、イタリアン政府公認のお店だけあって、本格的、本場の料理が楽しめます。店内は、昔からあるイタリアのお店の雰囲気をそのまま味わえるお洒落で、コージーな感じ。ホールの人は皆、親切で気持ちが良いです。結構、店内は、わいわいガヤガヤ、カジュアルリッチな空気がまた何とも言えません。また行きたいお店の一つですね。

予約をしていても、席に案内されるまで結構待たされますテーブルの間隔が狭く、窮屈な感じですワゴンでの食材説明もあるので、もう少し間隔が広くても良いのでは、、、ただし、お料理は美味しいので今後も通い続けますし、お薦めもします

イタリア現地と同じ味と量と値段で良い。その日の仕入れた食材を目の前で料理法とともにスタッフが説明してくれる。デザートのワゴンサービスも量共に良い。賑やかなトラットリアで気軽に利用できる。少食の場合はシェアで対処できる。客の３割は外国人というのも納得できる。
