    We arrived early for our 9:15 p.m. reservation, which we had booked two weeks in advance. We came all the way from Houston, Texas, excited to try California's fancy steak. However, when we got there, the host told us that the window seats we had asked for weren't available. We waited for more than 45 minutes, hoping that one would open up, but it didn't happen. To make matters worse, they didn't have the tomahawk steak, prime rib, or cherries dessert that we were looking forward to. We ended up not being able to eat any of the dishes we wanted. And then, they handed us a bill for over $600. This whole experience has been terrible, and we won't be coming back here again. They didn't seem to care about our bad experience or offer anything to make up for it.

    Ceasar salad was awful. Steak came out way overcooked. Then when they went to fix it it came out raw. Just an overpriced beyond pedestrian place. You pay for the view.

    They got our order wrong. (There was only three of us.) Very noisy group of eight came and acted like they were in a Sports Bar. We couldn’t hear our own voices. Too expensive. Plus an automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill. Never going back.

    The server Daniel was very attentive and kind but I think he, on purpose, made us spend more than the minimum requirement to use the room. I understand that the private room had the $500 fee waived(which was waived very kindly since it was my newly wed family dinner) but when I kept asking him about how much more I needed to spend to reach the minimum requirement($250 per person so the total with 7 people would be $1500 before tax and gratuity) he lied to me saying that I needed to spend more and more until the bill was much more than the minimum requirement(the total came up to $2300 with tax and tip) the ambience, the food, and the service(apart for the lying part) was amazing. I am happy and satisfied; my family was happy too but I didn't appreciate being lied to like this. In the end he even made me buy a bottle of wine more because I didn't "meet" the minimum requirement, which in truth we did!

    Atmosphere is nice being on the 71st floor and overlooking LA but for 2 people we had a few apps and one shared main and it was $500 the food was below what you’d get at Palm or another steak house not worth it at all. Never going back here again.

    We had a wonderful dinner at La Boucherie. The servers were very patient and detail-oriented, the food is nicely presented and delicious, the view especially during and after sunset is breathtaking. We enjoyed every minute there. After dinner, we went to upper level Bar Spire 73, loved the view and ambience there as well.

    Fantastic and attentive service! Appreciated the "compliments of the chef" mushroom soup and they have an extensive wine selection. A worthwhile restaurant if you're in downtown LA for the night.

    Such a great venue to relax and unwind enjoy great food. It was our first time her and it didn’t disappoint. Food was great, drinks are amazing and the service is great. The ambience is great too. I’m a sucker for sunset and rooftop dining and this place have it.

    Our server was terrible. He barley came over to check on us. We had to ask different servers to help with things needed, refills of drinks and ask for dessert menu etc. I didn't except this type of service from this restaurant. I spoke with the manager he apologized, however, the service still didn't get better. I was extremely disappointed in the service.

    Service and ambiance was great! Location and views of LA were amazing. I question whether my $195 steak was wagyu and aged as I’ve had lots of steaks and this one just didn’t taste wagyu or have the aged look, feel, and taste. Besides that, place was amazing!

    The space is amazing and I would go back to have a drink at the bar, but I would not go back to eat dinner. The food was good, but the food was not great and I was expecting great. waiter was great. the hostess at the front desk was great .Staff took  plates away before the rest of the diners were finished, shouldn’t be done in a restaurant of this level.  You can eat this food in Los Angeles at any restaurant for half the price

    Food was mediocre. Service is poor. For a sophisticated restaurant the service felt like a two dollar sign. The steak they are known for, I definitely had better in this price range. I suggest save your money for another restaurant.

    I ordered my steaks well done , but I received my steaks not well done. The meat was red . Other than that the service was good. This was my girlfriend’s first dinner date and her steak was not cooked the way we ordered.

    My husband and I celebrated his 42nd birthday at this elegant restaurant. We were seated in the alcove area overlooking downtown LA. The ambience was intimate and service was excellent. The New York ribeye steak and Cod fish were cooked to perfection and delicious. The elegant charcuterie board was exquisite. The French onion soup was delicious and not too salty. The mac and cheese was my husband’s favorite side dish because it was very tasty. The mushrooms and Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly. We paired the food with some excellent Rosé wine and a mixed cocktail! The dinner was finished with a delicious and decadent chocolate soufflé with a candle and happy birthday sign for the hubby. Of course, the view was spectacular. Thank you, La Boucherie for making our celebratory dinner extra special. ✨🥂🎂✨

    Even though the view is amazing from the seating area, the ambiance and quality of the food made it a poor experience. We were greeted kindly by the host that lead us to our table, I was quite fond of the view and the server was kind to greet us. I ordered some appetizers and the main course included a $195 steak chop that I asked for medium rare. During the dining, the appetizers were great, however the steak came out well done and bland. When I asked the server, he assured me it was medium rare. I have eaten many fine dining restaurants and I do know what medium rare is on quality meat, but rather than asking to replace the meat, I was brushed off with the cook based it on internal temperature which was very displeasing. To add to the poor quality of taste, the group sitting next to us was very loud and disruptive which caused the ambiance to drop dramatically. I know that people are spontaneous but when you have 4-5 tables with couples and small parties that are not noisy and then place a large group with a toddler that was as loud as the adults, it causes a change in the room’s mood. Even the group next to mine was shaking their heads. I was thinking of coming back with a larger group to spend quality time with but based on the food experience, I would reconsider.

    Ambiance excellent. Loved it. The view and the decor experience was definitely special. The service and staff, all could not have been better. On point! The food on the other hand, mediocre at best. We ordered the highlighted items on the menu, spent some serious $$. We really tried to like to it. But we had food left over with every course and did not even want to take it home. Seafood tower we a good portion, but some of the items were just not good. And the Tamahawk Waygu Steak was tough and chewy. Again the service and ambiance really was what made it nice, but man so disappointed in the food. Sad.

    Place is amazing. Staff are very friendly. Biggest issue is quality of food and service (mainly drink refills). For this expense one would expect to never have to flag down a server for a refill. Also the filet I ordered was medium well when asked for med rare. Our guests was ordered medium and it was beyond well done. Other food was just ok. Nothing special.

    Amazing . City lights dinner with a view. A definite experience. This place lifted my spirits . We started with oysters and shared a black cod . The fish was amazing . Then we shared tofu cheese cake . Delicious . Wish I took more photos but we were hungry 🤤

    I feel bad putting a negative review because our waiter was really nice. But the food was not how it was when they first opened. Nothing complementary like other top steakhouses. They completely ignore the notes on reservation or even acknowledge them. It’s just not what it was when they first opened.

    When we got there due to parking we were a bit late but the hostess was about to get us a great window seat. Servers were attentive and knowledgeable. What a view!! Definitely a must go to restaurant and the food was very tasty

    The servers were great. The ambience was perfect. The view was amazing. My partner had a great time and really loved the crab cakes and the sorbet! I disliked the French onion soup. But loved everything else we ate. Definitely coming back for our anniversary. ☺️
