The only thing I would suggest is a little less salty we ended up to be a table of six we all felt the food was very salty minus the pizza which was perfect! But definitely would return!

Managed to get an OpenTable reservation on short notice. Dinner for three was excellent, I had gnocchi in arrabiatta sauce, which was perfectly spicy. My guests had a Margherita pizza and the Quattro Formaggi pizza, and enjoyed both.

La Cucina never disappoints! My favourite Italian food place in Kitchener-Waterloo. The pasta is cooked perfectly every time, the lasagna is exquisite and how can you best hold price wine night on Thursday?

Easily my favourite Italian restaurant in the KW area. The lasagna is my favourite with the pizzas as a close second. They serve the risotto on the more firm side which is not to my taste but the preference of others in my group. The lemon sorbet is served in a lemon and is spectacular.

The pizzas we ordered were very tasty, we got the Capriciosa and Parma which is great for summer. The tiramissu is housemade and delicious. I used to love going just with my husband and now we have our little girl to go with us!

Want to applaud Neil and his team for the way they handle a very bad situation. They showed professionalism and care for their customers as they dealt with a street vagrant that came into the restaurant. Waterloo region needs to deal with the issue and not the responsibility of business owners.

Good was not as good as I remember it’s been a few years since I’ve been here! The pizza didn’t have much flavour which was disappointing same with the arancini balls. They were dry and flavourless. Some waitresses(waiters) were great and others lacked attentiveness.

By far the best pizzas in the area. Any pizza I tried (over several visits and take away orders) was just great. Their salads are mediocre and tend to have too much vinegar.

First time at La Cucina, and will definitely be going back. We had the arancini, and stuffed ravioli, and while those were good, what stole the cake was the wood fired pizza. We had the spicy pizza and it had just enough spice, not over the top. The crust was crispy and light, with just enough toppings. We will be visiting again when we crave amazing pizza. The restaurant itself was very busy! We weren't expecting that, it was a Friday night, but we did not take into consideration that convocation was happening at the surrounding schools. Our server was amazing and went out of her way when she learnt that we needed to be out at a specific time to make a show. Wonderful experience, and would definitely recommend for a date night, hanging out with friends or to satisfy your pizza craving!

Went here for a meal with a colleague - great service, beautiful atmosphere, loved the big windows and spacious patio. I wanted some modifications to my pizza and the wait staff and chef were happy to oblige. My colleague's family is from Italy and spend a lot of time there - they were very clear that La Cucina's pizza was not only authentic but the best pizza they've ever had! Definitely check it out!
