My husband, sister, cousins, and I took our moms to La Fábrica Central for early dinner on Mother’s Day. Stating that all of us are from Puerto Rico, but our husbands. We definitely enjoyed the ambience, services, and food. My mom and aunt visited from the island and they agreed that the taste and quality of the food resembled our culture. My mother-in-law, who is North American, enjoyed her pastelon. My husband is used to my Caribbean culinary skills and was so pleased with the food. Overall, La Fábrica Central is an amazing place to enjoy good food and service. I wish I can remember the name of the waitress that helped us, she was great!

We had such an amazing dining experience for my birthday on Saturday!! The atmosphere was incredible with the live music. The service and food were awesome. The cocktails were delicious as well. Many thanks to Dennis, the friendly owner who made sure we all enjoyed ourselves. This was such a fun place to celebrate my birthday. Recommend highly for a special occasion or fun night out with friends.

Food, drinks, and service was excelent. Ambien was ok, but they keep playing the same salsa music, not variety of rhythms, do my grpup got bored and left earlier than planned . There was a club in the back, but it looked packed and the cover too expensive for what appeared to be. If you go just for food amd drink amd listen son live music while eating dinner than this is a great place. Not if you go for a night of fun.

Most of the food was very tasty. The one disappointment was the Yuca Frita was very dry (it was taken off the bill). But the rib eye steak was delicious. The steak and cheese empanada was very good. And I enjoyed the seasonal vegetables. And the finishing touch was the coconut flan. excellent. Would definitely go back to try some other items like the Oxtail soup.

Food was not great.. The only thing we enjoyed was the quest frito; we ordered about five other things and they either tasted not fresh or unseasoned. We also got charged incorrectly for a mojito no one ordered. They also brought out food we didn't order.

Great music and beautiful atmosphere! The appetizers, dessert, and cocktails were great, but the entrees fell short. I would go back to enjoy the gorgeous music and the excitement of the fun energy in the restaurant, but I would keep it tapas-style and just order small plates like the bunuelos and the sushi.

Went with some friends to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was our first time dining inside the restaurant. My wife and dined there last summer at one of their outdoor tables. About our night: 1. Service was excellent. Our server was very attentive throughout the busy evening, aided by 1-2 other people who checked in on us from time to time. 2. Food was excellent. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share (between 5) including: mixed ceviche (excellent), mofungo with beef (table favorite), fried cheese (mozarella), chicken chicharon (my personal favorite), ham and cheese croquettes, and avocado toasts (3 per order, we got 2 for the table). 3. Cocktails were very, very well made. We started with mojitos - which I found to be the perfect balance of tart and sweet - and their smoked paloma. 4. We ordered Tres Leches and the coconut chocolate role for dessert. The tres leches was presented in front of my wife, with a candle, as the servers sang happy birthday. The manager or owner (maybe they are both?) stopped by to check in on us during our meal, and we assured them that everything was great, which it was. The only downside to this location is that there is a concrete wall on the road to protect the outdoor dining area. No problem on a dry day but it was raining last night and we had to walk 1/2 a block after Uber drop-off. Not the restaurant's fault. Just something to consider if you're going on a rainy day. Overall we had a great experience and look forward to returning again this summer.

The Lemon mojitos were so good! The food was great! And I didn't expect the band to be so Lit🥂 it was my homegirl's birthday and she enjoyed the food! She felt like the food was delicious just like her home cooking! She ate that steak and onions and was like "I was back in that kitchen!" We had a great time. The waiter said : How are you guys doing? Us: DRUNK! 💀

The food was amazing. Everything we tried was delicious. Best sushi I’ve ever had! Service was also amazing. There were many servers coming by making sure we always had water and taking dirty plates off the table. I definitely want to come back here.

The show was fantastic. We truly enjoyed the Peru Mestizo Band. First clase Music. There were 2 americans in my group and they loved it. We were not happy with online menú and finally we got a printed menú, which made it easy to order. The food was great. Specially the mofongo with pork and the fríed cheese. The octopus Carpaccio was delicious too. We went for the Music and it was the opportunity to test the food and we were happy with it.
