   My wife and I enjoyed a great meal here last night prior to the theater. The staff from arrival to the bill were spot on. Friendly and well paced service, delicious food and a nice atmosphere. It all went to well it was hard to think how nice an evening it was. No wonder they have been serving patrons for so many year! Would highly recommend.

   A lovely experience overall. Could not have asked for a better dining experience! I think my family and I have found our new little gem. 11/10 would recommend to everyone. Thank You, Roberto and the entire staff for helping us feel welcome and for an exceptional night.

   Caesar salad wasn’t authentic. For $23 would expect bacon and a bit more dressing. Salad leaves were barely coated. Spicy shrimp linguine wasn’t spicy, although did get good amount of shrimp. Bread came after my husband had almost finished his soup. Okay restaurant but not value for money.

    We had an amazing experience for my friend’s birthday. Service was extraordinary, staff are super friendly, they went above and beyond with the attention to detail. The food blew my mind, I order the spicy shrimp linguini and my partner the seafood pasta, so delicious!! You must try the grilled squid and shrimp, we had it as started dish and it was so fresh and juicy. We will definitely be coming back. My friends had pizza, risotto and the portobello dish and they spoke very highly about them. Prices are fare and atmosphere is very chill and romantic. You also must take a moment to speak with the restaurant’s manager, he is the kind of personality you immediately want to be friend with. I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars, go and try it for yourself your won’t be disappointed.

    Wait staff was very efficient and attentive. Wine and appetizers were great. No sure what happened with the main course but my fish dish and vegetables came out on the cool side. The veal in my wife's pasta dish was dry and her dish was also not very hot. We were on a bit of a time crunch for the theater so did not say anything. They were very busy so perhaps we got lost in the shuffle.

    Sea bream was delicious. Crispy outside, tender inside. Perfect seasoning. Appetizers were great also. Especially the grilled pawns and squid. Excellent bread. Great service by our Waiter, Roberto. Will come again soon.

    This is an exceptionally good restaurant! Their food is extrordinarily good. The menu and specials are crafted superbly. The flavours were delughtful. Traditional meals were flavourful, specials were exciting and their flavours were well balanced and attractively presented. Staff were friendly knowlegable, warm and obliging. Our thanks to them for adding positively to our experience. So glad we discovered this restaurant. We will be returning.

    I took the wifey there for her birthday 2023. It was the second time we’ve been there, and they are still the best! Going on a Monday evening was actually the best move since there were only two more couples in the restaurant (one with their dogo). So it was quiet, intimate. We had full attention of the server, who was also the best! We loved it and will come back!

    The food is delicious but you are going to pay top dollar for it. For example, the Caprese Salad which is comprised of 4 tomato slices and 4 small pieces of cheese is $24.00.

    Totally enjoyed our experience at La Fenice, highly recommend this restaurant. It’s really close to Prince of Wales Theatre and asked us right away if we were going to a show, to make sure we got done our meal on time, we weren’t rushed at all!

    The young lady that was our server was simply outstanding! She's engaging, warm and simply superb at her job. Always smiling. We just had such a wonderful experience and a lot of that was because of her. It's always the staff that can make or break a customer's experience and we were just thrilled that she was our server that night. I wish I could remember her name. My apologies.
