Seafood was tasteless

An outstanding multi-course meal as always. Seafood fresh. Tiramisu was perfection. Dining inside was a pleasure.

I thought the place was very nice, with a quiet atmosphere which I enjoyed. The servers were great and extremely pleasant. I had a seafood risotto and I do wish that they grilled the calamari as I feel it was a little too rubbery. That's about the only negative thing I can really say about the restaurant. I liked everything about it and I definitely plan on going back.

Amazing meal! Glad I found them on TripAdvisor while in town for a visit from Ottawa. The service and food was second to none. We will highly recommend to friends and family and we will be back ourselves! You won’t be disappointed!

Seafood was great. Service was friendly and professional. Patio unfortunately was too close to the road and several fire trucks passed at high speeds kicking up dust. That was the only negative.

Very good for pre/post theatre. Excellent server, not rushed. Made a dish that wasn’t on the menu, so enjoyable. Will definitely return!

The wine list was extensive and the server very knowledgeable about the selection. The burrata was wonderful and I highly recommend the veal with lemon or mushrooms. Very nicely done.

Was not offered a menu or a drink until 20 minutes after being seated, and waited another 30 minutes to get our meal!

Quiet ambience. We were the only ones there. Food was good but we found it pricey for what we had.

The service was spectacular! The food was delicious! Best scallops ever. We were there celebrating a birthday & they did not disappoint. We can’t wait to go back & have already told so many friends they have to go.

Food was amazing. No grit in mussels. Lamb was perfection and Sea Brean was tasty with very little oil on plate. Tiramisu was the best We’ve had.

Winterlicious menu. Overall, the food was excellent. Soup may have been over salted, but overall it was great. Service was fantastic snd they were in no hurry to rush us out.

Went for Winterlicious. Service was good. A bit disappointed with the food. The taste and presentation are far from expectation. Not sure if it is different if order from their regular menu.

I took my daughter out for a birthday dinner, and the Winterliciuos menu was terrific. We both had a delicious meal and the staff were attentive and very pleasant.

Food and service were excellent. Arrived early but they unlocked the door and let us in before normal opening hour. Never been told before to take your time and relax...there is no rush. highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back.

We arrived late due to traffic issues but that was not a problem. Ambiance and food were great but the service was the best we have ever had at a restaurant. Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

An overall excellent experience. My companion had the pasta and I had the steak. Her pasta was superb, while my steak was a bit on the tough side, but still enjoyable. Desserts were out of this world, and the service was easily at the same level as a 5-star restaurant. I would highly recommend.

Everything about the restaurant was great! The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all great and conducive to a romantic night out on the town.

Fabulous place for an I intimate dinner with loved ones or friends. The food was fantastic and perfectly cooked (I had the grilled salmon). The server did not rush us but keep in mind that we were off to a show later that evening.

One of the nicest experiences we have ever had out to dinner in Toronto! From the moment we walked in we felt like we were the only ones there. All of the staff was attentive and welcoming. The food (Seafood Mix and 5oz. Filet) were spectacular. We also noticed as other guests came in it was like they were coming home to dinner (a bit hard to explain) but several times we heard a server say “welcome back, it’s so good to see you again...”. It was our first time there but we got the distinct feeling that this place was special to many people there...it now is too for us as we will be traveling back to Toronto just to have dinner again at La Fenice!

We were seated quickly. There were a several little things that distracted from a great review. The table had a ridge so plate was a bit tippy. We had to wait for water glasses to be refilled and when they were the water was warm. Lighting was very dim, hard to read the menu with out using my phone flashlight. However the food was nice and great options on the menu.

Amazing food and fantastic service from Paul...he looked after us, great suggestions...made for a great evening!
