La Fusta is an Argentinian steakhouse. It has been serving its neighborhood for over 40 years, having opened its doors in 1970. La Fusta restaurant is designed after the classic style of similar restaurants in South America. In addition to its spacious dining room, the restaurant also has a large room in the back for private events and parties. La Fusta's menu is crafted to make the most of the various meats that get carefully slow cooked on the charcoal grill. Appetizers include Argentinian favorites like chicken empanadas, fried calamari, tortillas de papa and palmitos with salsa golf. The signature entrées of the house are the grilled items, which include skirt steak, flap steak, filet mignon, pork chops, short ribs and grilled marinated chicken.

                                                                    Great place great good great service. Only thing sue I saw was there was no designated bartender. Our server looked like he volunteer fir the task. Bar area got busy and he loooed stuck so just the bill took longer. But not on him. Management should of stepped in and helped more. But other than that a great experience and will be back with friends in the future.

                                                                    This is not a criticism, just an observation: COVID info in restaurant description above is inaccurate. The only staff person wearing a mask was one busboy. Waiters are very pleasant and wine list is good. Place is loud, even when half-empty, and atmosphere is casual, with plenty of widescreens throughout dining room, tuned to soccer when I was there. FWIW, no staff we interacted with were Argentinean, and neither were vast majority of patrons. Food was nothing special. Parking lot is small.

                                                                    Great steakhouse for the price and now they are also offering steaks from Argentina! Highly recommend paired with a nice glass of Malbec.

                                                                    Food was ok. Flank steak was good, sides were not. Flan was awful, sorry. The flan had no taste whatsoever, we didn’t eat it. Service was very, very slow. We were there 3 hours just for dinner.
