We had an early dinner with our family of 10 and although we were the only ones there, and they had plenty of servers and chairs cooks, it took over 70 minutes to get our food!

I know Cabo is growing, but I truly miss the experience as it started. Going up and gazing at the chalkboard and coming back to the table with your set up. Food is still great. Experience has changed.

Food was good service was very good BUT not happy to be told when paying that the machine only takes payment for the bill and tip must be paid in US $$$$ separately That s not KOOL Food is worth a second visit but that shenanigan would prevent a second visit

Nobody was here at 6:30 so intimate service although worried no one was there. But food was incredible. Coconut shrimp was amazing. Blackened sea bass extraordinary. Definitely try the smoked Old Fashioned and the house margarita. Great place. Under the trees with romantic lighting.

Servers were very polite and seated us quickly . Brought us wine list. The trees were all decorated in lights and felt like we’re eating in a fancy backyard . Food was very good. Caesar salad is mixed fight in front of the table. Sea Bass was very good, I has the Arrachera, which was excellent . They brought us a Flan for our anniversary which was also very good.

My wife and I both had the sea bass special prepared different ways and the food was exceptional. The service was perfect. The kitchen was and open view from our table and we were able to enjoy all chefs and cooks preparing the food. The ambiance was terrific with special hanging lights. Very pleased and will visit again.

The ambulance had been totally destroyed by the new construction around the site. The food was delicious and the service was good. Prices have increased substantially. We may return but after 20 years of visits this experience was disappointing.

We were very disappointed with the changes that have happened here. Was our favorite restaurant. Now it is being squeeze out by the pizza and sushi places and Condos!! We were there enjoying our lovely dinner with one other table which is very sad because it was always packed before these changes😢

I booked at this restaurant based on reviews I read and the pictures online. I will say it’s not quite what it seemed to be. The service was very kind but not overly impressive. The food was just OK. It is in a really cute courtyard with lights so it has decent ambience. The food was fairly priced.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. The meal was good but not as spicy as we expected. The drinks were great. There were too many people involved in the service. They did not know what we ordered between them.

We have been here many times pre pandemic. This was our first in over 2 years. The alcohol drinks were at there worst sadly. Missed the tostada for the beginning course, the staff was great friendly. I ordered Tortilla soup to come as my dinner it came well before anyone else dinner. So when everyone else ate, I sat there. I am a bariatric patient so I don’t eat much. The ambiance was still great.

We haven’t been back to La Golondrina in many years, and things have changed! The restaurant is much smaller. It takes up about 1/3 of its former footprint. The other area has been changed into an Italian restaurant, an Asian restaurant, and a coffee bar. Also, gone is the dry-erase board; you get a menu now. Our waiter was the very charming Juan. He was great. The highlight of the meal were the Imperial Shrimp. Skip the calimari and the onion rings.

Good meal overall. It was quite busy so it took a while to get our table. Quality of the food was excellent- we tried the fish, chicken and shrimp entrees. Fresh fish if the day (sea bass) and shrimp with diablo sauce were the highlights. Great appetizers also

Food was good. Service was good on front end but follow-up was terrible. Took 30 minutes to get someone’s attention to get our check. We gave up on more drinks much earlier. Pretty expensive overall for a few drinks and entrees. Many other good places nearby. Larger parties take priority over 2-4 tops for sure.
