   Service and seating was great, but the food was mediocre. I ordered the pork tacos, brisket tacos, and the Cubano sandwich. I liked the Cubano the most.

   I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. The manager was absolutely rude and cheap, my friend took one sip of her drink and didn’t like it so she asked for it to be replaced or taken off the bill, the manager threw out the drink and was insisting that she pay for it, he even said “we tried your drink and it tasted fine” absolutely horrible service we left before ordering our food

   Food was fantastic! Music is good-i prefer the DJ to stay later it was getting fun but the live music was nice dinner music. Amazing place for a date night or girls night that’s for sure! Will definitely be back! And the fact that the manager came around to various tables gave that extra caring feel for the clientele

    Overall okay experience, I’ve been to better spots Very sad there was no guacamole And they also ran out of shrimp so there were no shrimp tacos The steak was very good though, I recommend trying it

    Loved everything about La Latina. The energy level and ambiance is excellent. The food and drinks were great (however, I wished they had more vegetarian/vegan options). The service was excellent. They have a live musician play during the nights, and in the evenings it’s top Latin music. 100% would recommend this place.

    Amazing vibe, delicious food, fantastic service. I was unable to make it to my first reservation and had to reschedule and make a new reservation at last minute. I was worried I would be charged for late reschedule but when I got to the restaurant and told the gentleman at the front, he immediately canceled my old Reservation and saved me the charge. The food was incredible, the music was beautiful, especially the live band music. Everything is fairly priced. Keep up the excellent work, this spot is especially enjoyable if you are familiar with Latin food and Latin music.

    The service was terrible, they essentially threw our drinks at us. The server was condescending and kicked us out of the restaurant 1:30 into our dinner. We had not finished our drinks, the reservation was 2 hours supposedly. The place was overpriced for such a bad service and the cubano was horrible, only get the tacos, and the music was way too loud. We went to see the singer specifically and he spent most of the time in the bathroom. Very disappointing.

    Worst service I ever had in Toronto. We told the waitress the margarita was way too bitter and asked for a replacement. Then the manager came and said he could not replace it (because the cost of the booze was way to high) but could only "fix" it by adding sugar. And he also said that they do it the right way and all other restaurants in the world do it wrong by adding sugar. Instead of trying to solve my issue the manager was arguing with us and ruined our night. TERRIBLE customer service, dude!!

    Food was good but my dates entree arrived about 15 minutes before my own which is not ideal. They ended up waiting until it started to get cold and then had finished most of it before my meal arrived. The live music and other music is painfully loud, we moved to the patio and were still unable to hear each other from across the table. Don't go here if you are interested in being able to have a conversation. The food however was good and a fair price.

    My experience at La latina was definitely unsettling and left me feeling very upset by the way I was treated. I was very excited to try this restaurant out because I had seen how beautiful it looked while passing by on my way to work. it is unfortunate that my experience was quickly soured over something that could have easily been resolved. After ordering a cocktail, and appetizer, I decided to order the nachos as my main. Upon eating the nachos I realized that the meat tasted a bit off and the chips were extremely salty. Once I complained to the waitress, she notified her manager who didn't offer any sort of resolution to the situation. I explained to the manager that I was really sorry but didn't want to force myself to eat the meal because it simply was not good. the manager proceeded to giggle at me and said " oh well, either you eat it or we throw it out but I'm not removing it from the bill". From my experience of years of going out to dinner and lunches with friends and family to multiple restaurants in Toronto and around the world, I've never experienced such an inconsiderate and rude manager. To be completely honest had he offered for me to try something else on the menu I would have said yes because I had already enjoyed the first appetizer and was so hungry I was willing to try anything else. He automatically assumed that I wanted to be refunded for the dish, which was not the case. After discussing my experience with several friends and co-workers I've found out that my experience was not isolated and I was told about other situations where this particular manager treated customers similarly. I left dinner that evening paying for a meal I didn't even eat, and extremely disappointed with how I was treated.

    Even though I made a reservation with my credit card, when we arrived everyone else got a table except us and we were standing there for 30 minutes. After getting a table, no one even brought water for another 20 minutes. Drinks were okay however not worth the price. My grilled corn was half burnt. And they didn’t even have the food that I went there for. Everything else was good.

    Our server was extremely rude and condescending. My friend did not like the drink she ordered, and she was told that they would not be able to take it off her bill, even though she didn't drink it. I've never been to a restaurant that doesn't take back an order when a customer is dissatisfied. On top of that the server was saying things like "well everybody else likes the drink",. That is not a way that you talk to customers. Besides that, the food was not good at all. The drinks were okay. Overall the only good thing about this place was the ambiance and live music. Everything else was disappointing.

    So expensive for me not to be able to return a drink I didn’t like while ordering another drink to replace it. To spend $145.00 for 2 people at dinner. Would have been more than reasonable to take off the one drink I did not like. So loud in the restaurant I could barely hear the person sitting in-front of me as well as trying to hear the waitress . Probably won’t come back. Food was alright, definitely have had better for a more reasonable price.

    The attitude we got this Saturday is disgusting the first time I was in your restaurant 2 weeks ago, also on Saturday (me and 2 of my friends) we sat on the side of the bar, was around 9 pm paying a bill of about $ 450 for 3 people, we were very satisfied with the restaurant. Good food , good service, good atmosphere the most important. This Saturday I decided to return to this restaurant with a girl, booked a table for two. We came ordered food drinks. After some time came to us the waitress said that our time was run out. I asked to move us somewhere else or on bar. ( I am getting that if we was just seating and no ordering,but it’s was minimum 10 drinks on our table, 3 orders of tacos, 2 appetizers… we was ordering all the time, and it is for 2 people ) They didn’t try even to move us. She asked me if I need anything else.. I ordered 2 more drinks. After a minute that we received our drinks came a manager and asked us to leave. My girl even didn’t started her drink. I asked him to finish our drinks at least. He asked us to leave without trying to seat us deferent spot. 2 My friend was there on the bar 10 min after we left without booking anything. ( it’s was spot for 2) Anyway, very bad experience. Not coming anymore. I didn't bother to figure it out. I just didn't want to ruin your evening with full of guest.     Way too loud. Unfortunately the noise interfered with enjoying the absolutely fantastic food. The only way I would return is for takeout or sitting outside at 5pm before it becomes a scene.

    This place used to be great when it was new. Has really taken a turn in both good quality and service. The service piece is especially terrible. We went on an off peak hour mid week. There were plenty of tables available. The servers were too busy socializing to attend to their tables. Food came out cold, dry, lacking flavour and took forever - was probably cooked sitting at the back for ~20 mins. Ambience is nice so it’s too bad the service is awful and the food is mediocre.
