It’s a tradition for us to dine at La Palapa when we visit Puerto Vallarta. It’s a beautiful restaurant with an outstanding outdoor ambiance. The food is always top notch and the service is so friendly and welcoming. My husband and I shared the special appetizer which was shrimp in a tarragon garlic sauce. Excellent! We both had the salmon which was prepared in a tomato based sauce that is so good. Salmon was cooked perfectly. They don’t rush you but instead invite you to take your time. Highly recommend!

The ambience here is definitely romantic. The food is delicious and meticulously well prepared. The view of the ocean is spectacular!

La Palapa never disappoints! From service, to food, to ambiance La Palapa consistently checks all the boxes and this past visit was no exception. Also of note are the musicians Jose Carlos and Memo who add the right musical flavor to the experience. For me, no trip to Puerto Vallarta is complete without a visit to La Palapa! Keep up the great work!

This place was so wonderful! The server was amazing and very attentive. It was my birthday and they sang for me etc. the food was really good also and the view was perfect for sunset dinner

Great staff. Food was wonderful. Be advised if you sit on the sand you will have many vendors approach you. Other than that was a wonderful experience!
